Start off with positive. They're fast. That's it.
Negative- 1. they rush you, interrupt you, get your order wrong because they won't listen. "Ah huh, what else, okay, is that it, what else." I said "a lot of olives, and she put one thin line. Asked for more, she rolled her eyes and out another thin. line. She got the wrong bread because she didn't listen to what I said before turning around to grab it. She asked three times if that was all. I have never been to a subway where customers didn't say "and thatll be it thank you" or something similar. She didn't even ask if I wanted it toasted because she was rushing through mine to get to my BOYFRIEND'S who was the only other person in the store. So she wasn't rushing because they're busy. On top of the actual making of the sandwich, the cashier didn't listen to a damn thing I said. I said we were cashing out separately, I had the steak and cheese, he had the chicken bacon ranch. And we had coupons for buy one get on free of 6 in, so that's why it was a foot long because it was gonna be the same sandwich anyway gave her the coupon and she still Rang it up together even though I was very clear. She was too busy chewing gum and rolling her eyes at her coworker to listen to what I was saying. We got it sorted out but she asked the same question three time like she didn't believe whay I was saying was true. I've had multiple bad experiences here but pushed the other ones off because they WERE busy. I know how stressful it is when you're backed up. However, they at least always got the order right regardless. I couldn't pass it off this time. They got my order wrong, they were rude, but they were not busy by any means. I'm calling corporate later, that's how bad this experience was. I'll go to the one 5 miles from my house instead of the one that's right up the road...

Ive placed a online order came in she look at me weird maybe cause I'm a minority walked asked about my order which a deal for bug one get one free. So I come into pick it up but she says that Her location does not participate in the deal even though it gave me their store location than She said she has the order but can't give me what I paid for online only 1 Sandwich, I was confused tried to explain her what I ordered showed online recipe but she said that only one receipt came in so she cant make the rest of the order, and continued to lie about Online Deals etc while she displaying very odd behavior of being on Meth, So a couple comes in that is white, that i know she knows cause she grabed bread n started making their order before they come to tble to order , awhile im right infront trying figure out why shes doing all this extra nonsense, they walk infront of me cause she motions them to and they walk out without paying any money and she had nerve to talk my siuation with them like i crazy or was not their ,so i say i cant hear yall. The Subway assistant manager than tells them will talk about it later...hmmm đ¤ fishy come in doesn't pay but leaves with Food , while I order online and don't get but...
   Read moreI preordered 2 sandwiches on the App and the App told me it would be ready in 15, I arrive at the store 20 minutes later and my order was not even made let alone ready. When I got there one guy who was originally taking his sweet time with a girl he was obviously infatuated with. He then asks if anyone was here to pick up to which i responded yes and said my name. He said âoh I have to make that.â So while this gentleman is making my older the other employee who was missing in action finally appears from the back but not to assist his coworker or anyone else but continues to do everything else EXCEPT help with the line that has now formed in the time it took gentleman number one to make two sandwiches. I donât know what was going on at this location today because usually this is the better location compared to the Indian Trail location. But tonight they seriously dropped the ball with scheduling and service. I mean seriously itâs Friday night and everyone who gets paid on the first and receives direct deposit got paid today. This was a terrible night to schedule two people who canât accommodate the Friday night...
