The experience keeps getting worse and worse. This has been my local Jimmy Johns for about two years and the experience has gone down hill. When I walked in the manager gave a dirty look as he sliced meat. No greeting what so ever from any of the staff. The guy who took our order was extremely rude. Then when our sandwiches were ready they forgot our kicking ranch the guy slammed our ranches down on the counter. We were treated like I was the biggest inconvenience for coming in. I did not realize coming to local sandwich shop and spending $30 for two sandwiches was such an inconvenience for the STAFF. Also I highly recommend not using their bathroom. Absolutely filthy. The staff there tonight seemed to do the bare minimum. Mind you I use to work at a Jimmy Johns and it is clear they do not follow their job descriptions. 10/10 do not recommend this store unless you want some attitude on the side of...
Read moreIf I could rate a "0" I would. I had an issue with tomato seeds on my sandwich after asking for no tomatoes. I am a person who royally hates them and cannot stomach any part of a tomato, no matter how miniscule. I re-entered the store after discovering tomato seeds and juices on my sandwich and politely asked for it to be fixed. The girl on "bread" immediately started arguing with me on whether or not I have an allergy to tomato. After a couple minutes back and forth, I asked for the manager. The young man with blue in his hair that responded was completely rude, taking the girls place in the argument. Instead of being managerial, he continued the argument.
Having managed a Jimmy John's and being a manager of sales at a large company now, I am very disappointed in how this was handled. This manager and his team definitely have some learning to do in the customer...
Read moreUpdating my review from 4.5 stars to 2. Usually this JJ location is super good but I ordered 3 sandwiches for my boyfriend and I to split & try last night at 6:40. I didn't get my sandwiches until 7:40, 20 mins before they closed, and I sat waiting in my car after a super long day at work on a weekend night for the email notifier to say "ready for pick-up". Usually they only take like 15 mins max! So I called them and asked if the sandwiches were ready because the email notification never showed, and the staff said the sandwiches had been ready for pick up for a long time but that they never updated it on the email notifier.... $30 for this... sorry but I was not happy. I rarely eat out and spending this kind of money it is usually a treat. I could understand if they were busy but there was no one in there or around the store at that time...
