I used drive-thru and ordered a wreck with everything , no peppers. I drove 15 miles to my house and took a bite of my sandwich and a mouthful of habanero peppers. OK, no big deal .. I called and asked what time I can stop by tomorrow for a refund. I still have the receipt AND the sandwhich. girl on the phone said I had to drive in there that night or I couldn't get a refund?? she said something about the register being closed for the day ? none of that excuse made sense. However, I ordered online and was told there is no way to count it toward the fundraiser when ordered online. I had no way to cancel the order online and was told they had no way to cancel or adjust the order online their end. I would never have gone to potbelly tonight, had it not been for the fundraiser.
