My family came on a pretty steady Saturday afternoon to try this new Concord burger spot. I saw online there was a secret menu item, so my husband & I decided to try that (The Juicy Lucy). It's suppsed to be a cheese stuffed patty with pickles, although I added lettuce & tomato to mine. My daughter got the Happiness Meal which seemed pricy at $10 for a kids meal. You do wait a little bit for your order as it's all made fresh to order, which I can definitely appreciate. My husband absolutely devoured his burger as it was made perfectly and he loved it. My burger, on the other hand, had all of it's cheese that was supposed to be inside of the patties grilled out & stuck onto the paper instead (hence the one star taken away). I wish I'd taken pics of the inside. I get where it was going, especially after seeing my husband's burger, but mine just didn't come out the same way at all. Very big & full burger though! The fries were good, but the sauces stole the show! That garlic aioli & the dilly ranch was absolutely delicious!! Drinks were all natural sodas: tried the black cherry for us & lemon lime for my daughter. She didn't like her drink at all & left it on the table after we dined. First sips of ours has an acquired, almost earthy taste to it. It goes away after a while but is a little off putting at 1st if you're not expecting that taste from a soda. The staff were pleasant & efficient, bringing orders to tables quickly and wiping down tables for the next families. I thought it was cute that kids can go up with their little ticket that comes in their meal to redeem it for a prize. We saw a little boy go to redeem his & got a hat, so my daughter went & received a slinky. She was a little bummed but we explained it's at the discretion of the employee, so be thankful regardless. All in all the establishment is a cute, quaint place with a retro feel and a small menu. I'll give it another go & try another burger and I have a reason to get some fries & those...

Young staff but seem dedicated to serve customers... Nice young man was working in the dining area and asking customers what he could do for you and that is a great thing to experience these days! Different than the usual drink selections including a birch beer soda and we saw a couple of beer taps but since this was our first visit it wasn't clear if beer was actually available... Two different burger selections on the menu and is also wasn't clear what all my possible topping selections were?

The burgers are called smash burgers and they were very good as were the fries.

The facility is very clean and there are a few nice tables on the patio.

Parking lot is shared with the chicken sandwich restaurant next door and since the restaurant next door closes after lunch I find it more convenient and accessible to park in their parking lot because although Harriets has there own parking lot ... by the time the employees park their vehicles... the customers find it can be tight quarters ... I would suggest the two restaurants have their employees park as far from the door as possible or consider parking next door ... it is frustrating to watch a car in front of you get a prime parking space and an employee get out and go in the door ...

I hope for a successful run for this place ...

Burger here chicken next door ... I have to assume they are twin facilities run by same owner... I have not yet...

Been looking forward to coming here.

First time visit, 7pm on Saturday busy place parking lot was full.

Only two burger choices threw me off but my wife and I each ordered a burger and a drink (no fries) and we had a cookie $ $35.00. Seemed a bit pricey but ok.

Service was quick as we got our burgers first, they forgot our drinks and somehow we were given fries which we didn’t order. So following a simple order seemed to be a problem tonight.

I took one bite into my burger and tasted nothing but salt salt salt. Bite 2 wasn’t any better, there was no bite 3. I was done.

I asked the young girl cleaning the next table if the burgers were always this salty she did yes, another young man who was mopping up a spill chimed in and said you can order the burger with out the salt.

The young girl apologized several times and asked if I wanted my burger recooked? I had lost my appetite. I replied simply No. I could see the young lady was getting emotional as she wanted to make our experience better. I told her it wasn’t worth getting upset about.

I never spoke to a manager as he was busy behind the counter, I just sat and sipped my drink. I should have asked for a manager but I didn’t.

We simply just left and I tossed my salty burger and the fries we didn’t order in the trash. I’d like a refund for my...

I was really disappointed when I took my youngest Grandson here. We loved the decor and the Old school vibe, the friendly staff was also good. That being said, I think they went all in with the look and forgot that the MAIN thing to focus on should be the FOOD! Our Burgers were so drab. My Og Burger, which was a great size and LOOKED amazing, was soggy, with so many onions and "secret sauce" it was running down my hands and arms, and the meat was flavorless. The fries lacked any flavor as well. You'd be better off going down the road a mile and going to Freddie's or Steak and Shake. Don't want to drive the extra mile? McDonald's is what, 3 buildings away and their burgers are better. Also, I feel $29.00 for a kids meal, Og Burger, Fries and a drink was a lot. Go ahead and visit if you'd like but Be prepared for mediocre and EXTREMELY LIMITED choices. I guess one plus is they have cool "Drip" for sale to go with the boring food. I gave it 2 stars for the good service, cool decor and cool bathroom. Maybe it will get better and I'll give it another try, or I'll just go to Freddie's or Steak and Shake when I want a smash style burger that I KNOW is good.

I was good and ready for these retro smash burger's. I got the Royal minus tomato. It was massive! 2 quarter lbs all natural, premium Angus by Creekstone Farms on a buttery Brioche bun with house-made Pickles, Ribbon Red Onions, signature sauce and California creamery white American cheese served "Medium" which was indeed perfection. Its massive. Heavily loaded and dar good. I waited till I got home. It was still warm and the seasoned fries were delicious. They're a thin cut fry with a nice spice. I wasn't expecting that. It was a flavor explosion that barley made it home. The All natural, handcrafted soda from Boylan was phenomenal. Its the pellet ice fa me. The Black cherry hits different when the bougie eyes comes out. I felt lifted while I sipped my emotions. The staff was young as to be expected but very friendly and the location is bright and open with a dinner vibe. I love that they capitalized on the space by adding outside seating which is rare down here. Harriet's is as much about being good to people as it is about making good food. So, Just be good!
