Always get my order wrong, literally every single time. The girls working here have a lot of attitude and are very rude. They all think they're too good to be working there and look at you like, "ugh, you're making me work?" They put such little effort into their job. Its like they throw your stuff at you saying "don't ever come back!" The drinks always taste gross. A very unpleasant experience every single time that is a waste of my money, energy, and time. I wont be returning. I hope you all find jobs you actually enjoy. You all should care about your jobs and customer service cause we're the ones funding the long fake nails you all love to wear (probably super unhygienic when you work in the food industry now that I think about it and I feel super grossed out...) If their customer service and food is this bad Im concerned about how bad their cleanliness and safety practices must be. They just flat out do not care. Better service, better experiences, better drinks, better people are at the Dunkin on Pleasant Valley Rd. Don't waste your time or money at the Dunkin on University, you'll probably leave unhappy and possibly ill because they don't follow the law when it comes to health and safety while handling food. Ok first I want to say I love Dunkin’ and my boyfriend and I come here multiple times a week if not every day. So even though it has multiple flaws, none of them have kept us from visiting regularly.

However, 9 times out of 10, something is wrong with our order. We’re given the wrong size, our drink was made incorrectly, they forgot to give us one of the items we ordered, etc. I get that mistakes happen and that’s fine every once in a while. But here (and all other locations in town), mistakes happen far too often.

I’ve worked at Dunkin’ before, and I know how the system works. It’s not difficult to double check an order and know how to make it right. They usually have the order right in front of them as they’re making the drinks or assembling the items. Again, I understand mistakes happen; I also messed up occasionally. Placed order and paid for 1 dozen glazed, 1 dozen strawberry sprinkled and 50 assorted donut holes for my daughters bday party. When I picked up there was 3strawberry, 5 glazed and 21 all plain donut holes (ALL STALE) but was not told and still charged full price. When I took back in the young lady was very rude and told me there was nothing should could do i had to go online and request a refund, therfore thats what i did...
