Wendy's — Restaurant in Harrisonburg

Hello everyone!

I want to let you know that this is the best Wendy’s Location that I have ever been in due to extremely high quality food, extremely polite Managers and Crew Members, extremely fast service, cleam inside/outside, and much more.

My Manager Rosy is considered to be #1 the Best and the most Hardest Worker that I have ever met or seen in my whole life even since I started working at Wendy’s Restaurant more than 2 years ago!!! You have no idea how proud I am to be employed at this location!

God and Rosy are my biggest Motivators because both God and Rosy set an Amazing Example before me, that I can keep my eyes on by focusing 200% on all the hard work that I am doing while working in this Wendy’s at this location!!!!

All Managers and Crew Members are working extremely hard by sacrificing their time, money, energy, health and life in general while coming to Wendy’s and trying to survive through the income that every Manager and Crew Member is getting from all the hard work that they are trying to invest into Wendy’s Restaurant to make everyone happy and satisfied!!!

May God Bless Wendy’s Restaurant by opening all the Windows of Heavens and pouring out never ending Oceans of Blessings and Miracles upon every area of Wendy’s Business so much that there shall be no room to receive all of the Blessings and Miracles that Almighty God will pour out upon Wendy’s Company so that Growth would be so rapid that Bank Account of Wendy’s would be able to keep up with all of deposits that would be overflowing like never ending fountains of Oceans into every Bank Account of every person who is employed at Wendy’s Restaurant in the Name of Jesus Amen...

Let's see where to start. We decided to have Wendy's for dinner since we were in Harrisonburg. We wait in line only 2 cars deep and taking 3 minutes in-between each order, get to the order box and told we only have Jr size burgers and nuggets for entrees. Ok no problem can adjust my order. We order 2 Jr cheeseburger deluxe for me 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers for Jerry, 2 med fries an unsweetened tea a coke and a 4 piece nuggets for the dogs and order taker repeats the order to a T. Get to the window pay and seen no nuggets ask to add the nuggets get told you can't add items at the window since when. So we said forget it and give us a refund we don't want the order. Not going to eat infront of our babies without something for them. The manager hiding stated no refunds our GM said no refunds. We pull off to the parking lot. Call the store no answer called the corporate number, go back in why on the phone with corporate ask to speak to the manager, he comes around the corner, I told him right off the get go that I was on the phone with corporate, talk about still being rude but not just the manger but most of the staff as well while on the phone with corporate. The manager finally comes back with cash refund and then states the District Manager said we are not welcome back really. Corporate listening to the whole thing. So do not use the WENDY'S AT 1694 EAST MARKET STREET HARRISONBURG VA 22801. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY...

Today I was the 4th car back in the drive thru. I proceeded to order 2 drinks, 2 fries and 2 orders of chicken nuggets and one burger. As I rounded the corner approaching the window the gentlemen in front of me was obviously agitated. We had waited at this point over 10 minutes. He was yelling out the window and flailing his hands.

He got his food and we approached the window. I attempted to be respect and after 19 minutes in the line I told the worker how long we waited and if anything could be done. She said “no we’re short staffed”. I asked for a manager who told me that they could remake my food “fresh”. I said that this is very poor service and it is called fast food for a reason and that we would like a refund . They manager said that it’s too much to not refund us and acted as if we were ridiculous for even asking. We waited over 22 minutes before our food was placed in my hand. I asked for a regional manager’s contact info and was given some 888 corporate number.

When we finally pulled away every fry, chicken nugget and burger was stone cold. I’ve eaten at this Wendy’s so many times but waiting 22 minutes in a drive thru for cold food and spending $30 is ridiculous. I know it’s hard to find employees but businesses still need to offer quality service and customer experiences.

I’ve done like 3 of these type reviews but couldn’t let this one go. I will not be returning to...
