Subway — Restaurant in Hartford

BIBI WAS EXTREMELY RUDE! DO NOT GO HERE!

I approached and said a pleasant good morning. She barely looked up from what she was reading to acknowledge me. I politely waited as she finished what she was reading. Then she started handling something on the cash register, ignoring me - the customer, the ONLY costumer in line...I repeat the ONLY customer So I pleasantly informed her that I was all set with my order bc I assumed she was reading & typing on the register to give me time to figure out what I wanted. NO. To the contrary: BIBI looked at me, rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders w complete indifference and said w a nasty sneer, "I can't help you. I'm doing inventory.".

UNACCEPTABLE.

DO NOT GO HERE.

IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED W APPROPRIATE PROFESSIONALISM, GO TO ANY OTHER SUBWAY.

BIBI IS RUDE!! I will also be following up w a complaint to Subway HQ AND the franchise owner if I can locate his/her contact...

Have to admit, extremely disapointed with how this location handled customers under stressful conditions. The individual working at the time informed me they were out of my first 2 options for sandwichs. When I asked for the "Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki but with turkey instead" since they were out of the Chicken Teriyaki... he said "We can't do that." After a few lines of painful exchanges he finally tried to assist me by stating we could make that type of sandwich but use chicken strips instead.... Then why couldn't we have just done turkey earlier???

After all of this nonsense he refused to take a coupon that was 2 weeks old.... I get it, it's expired... but after all that nonsense and being literally unable to provide me with multiple options... Couldn't you throw me a bone here? Jeeezz....

Very disappointed... For the record, the sandwiches were made well and the food was food.... but that was very poor high...

Apparently the app and the store aren't really in sync. App told me my order was ready but when I got there they were in the back chit-chating. When they saw me and came out to the front, they said they'd make it now and to give them 5 minutes! When I came back a few minutes later they handed me my bag and a solid frozen bottle of soda...asked for a new one and a cup. They said sure if I wanted to pay for the cup! I took my bag and defrosted soda and left. Oh, with no napkins in...
