Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Harwich

well the Spanish or Bulgarian phn resp. is awful and has no idea how to handle a customer service call.... the went to the wrong address and insisted that it was somehow my fault. i live in a single bedroom apartment whos door faces the parking lot. the door was open the whole time with me sitting not more than 5 feet away for an hour...no one knocked or called yet i was verbally harassed on the phn and told if i wanted to order again it would take twice the time. unbelievable..honestly it was a good establishment until they hired these new immigrant workers who seem to care about nothing more then making it through the day and being as rude as possible while visiting our country. this establishment takes personal vendettas against its customers for their own mistakes. I re ordewred because im hungry but i absolutly will not order from here again at least not until after the summer season is over and these garbage workers...

We get pizza from here once a month - more often, recently. It's, for sure, one of the better Domino's I've been to as an adult. (I swear these corporate food places tasted better when we were kids..)

My bf always gets a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and I get a pizza, either light pepperoni and pineapple with light sauce or a BBQ chicken pizza, also, with light sauce. And, we never forget the lava cakes! Which I was thrilled, several months ago, to notice incressd from 2 cakes per order, to 3!

I saw all these weird reviews people left and had to leave my own. I work in restaurant service and I know for a fact people often call the wrong location and then get angry at the place nearby when their order isn't there. DOUBLE CHECK THE ADDRESS OF THE RESTAURANT BEFORE YOU ORDER YOUR FOOD, PEOPLE. It's not their fault you called one of the other...

Totally awful. Ordered online, and waited over an hour and a half for my order. When I never received it, I called the store and asked to apeak to the manager so I could receive a refund. I was told the manager left, then I was passed onto the delivery person. Really? Im supposed to believe a major corporate chain would allow subordinates alone in the store a day before a major holiday? Clearly, I was being lied to.

Not only was she incredibly rude, but she stopped short of calling ME a liar. She clearly delivered to the wrong address. My next phone call will be to the regional managers office.

Absolutely terrible customer service, and I will NEVER order from Domino's again.

I ended up ordering from George's in West Harwich, had the pizza in 20 minutes, and it's the best pizza Ive ever had...
