Dunkin' — Restaurant in Harwich

Talk about the worst DD experience ive ever had. My wife and I went here to grab a quick iced coffee. We left 35 minutes later with the wrong drinks. The counter staff screaming at the food handlers in Russian, not a big deal. Whatever they need to do to be efficient at their job. However, my wife ordered a chai beverage. Very easy to make as we have seen at multiple DD locations. It took 15 minutes for the first beverage to be made. I watched them hand it to a guy that didnt even prder anything, he was just waiting for his friend to use the bathroom. The second drink they made was a hot tea beverage, even though my wife ordered a FROZEN chai whatever....when we said that this wasnt what we ordered we were cursed at in Russian. I speak Russian, which the counter staff did not know, my wife was called an "ugly dog" for simply wanting the correct order. After another 10 minutes of waiting and the staff calling us every name in the book, again, because we wanted the beverages that we ordered, they finally gave us what seemed like the correct order. That was until we got to the car, nope, wrong again. I walked back inside and in Russian told them they messed up again. None of them could even move. Their faces all turned red and then the "manager" asked me to leave if I didnt appreciate the hard work the put in. So I did. Avoid this place...

Stood in line for over 20 minutes then when I got to the counter I was told they couldn't take anything but drink orders because they just got a big mobile order and it would be about 30 minutes before they could take a food order. It maybe wouldn't piss me off so much if they hadn't stopped taking orders for a bit while I was waiting so they could "reset".

If you cant run a register and take orders at a decent speed why are you taking online orders on top of that?

They should just do all online orders or...

don't go here in the summer. Staff is wonderful in the winter and always gets everything right, but I just went in and paid extra money for cold foam and oat milk and received neither. for someone with a dairy issue that could be a huge issue. I also ordered another couple things online and it sat behind the counter melting because they didn't care to put it up on the shelf. additionally upon arriving, I had ordered a croissant and they didn't have any and I had to have an English muffin.
