McDonald's — Restaurant in Hasbrouck Heights

My mom and I recently went to this McDonald specifically as it was on the way to where we were going and got breakfast...worse breakfast we have ever gotten!

Mom got the Bacon and Cheese Biscuit sandwich with the hash brown and I got the Bacon/Egg/Cheese Bagel. First off, on my mom's order, the bacon was undercooked to the point mom couldn't eat it and the Hashbrown was also undercooked as it wasn't breaking apart with crunch like an fully cooked Hashbrown. Next, my order: the bacons were also undercooked, the round egg was not right as there were grayish blue coating on the yolk and the bagel itself was so stale, I nearly cut my gums just trying to eat the dang thing! The breakfast was so terrible, I violently threw up on the street, not even 10 minutes after eating the bagel.

Also, management definitely need to work on their customer service skills as my mom have said out loud that the bacon was undercooked, all management did was look up, nodded and then did nothing to fix the bacon problem.

This have been an ongoing problem but I haven't said anything as we have been fine until recently with us physically getting sick from undercooked eggs and bacons!! If you want to eat at McDonald, make sure its one of them where the staffs actually do their jobs, the food is actually cooked and where management actually give a damn (if you're nice of course).

The only nice thing about this particular location is SOME of the staffs are quite nice. Been seeing the same one in the morning and while I dont know the name of a particular staff, he have been quite nice to mom and I with handling our foods such as putting our meals in separate to-go bags so we can get them right away with...

Went to the drive-through not one car in sight what are two Egg McMuffin’s a drink and a hash brown I get home I have one McMuffin and I have somebody else’s buffalo chicken sandwich that was specially ordered. They made me pay for it go through the drive-through window to pick up my drink and then I had to pull up and wait for my food again I’m the only one there and I still got it wrong. I often visit the McDonalds in Saddle brook or Garfield, even though the one in Hasbrouck Heights is closest to me. I recently was in a rush and had no choice but to stop at the Hasbrouck Heights store, bad idea. After waiting for almost 20 minutes in the drive thru, the food quality was just as horrible if not worse than before. This is all started once the new ownership took over a few years back, the quality of food has gone downhill and the service has been horrendous. The McChicken Nuggests were hard like a rock and seems like their oil wasn’t fresh.. You can really taste the difference in oil freshness. The same goes for the fish filet and the BIG MAC was the absolute worst!!! It seems to me they used a stale bun and the meat was pulverized and just sat for hours in a heat lamp. Nothing tasted fresh and they charge me 40 cents for extra sauce and it seems to me like it was the same amount of sauce on the sandwich. Horrible experience never going back and when I contacted Corporate a member from the Franchise owner’s team called me to say they have a no refund policy!
