I used to go to Chengs a lot, but after this last time, never again. I went there on my birthday. I greeted that Chinese lady at the cashier and told her "hi it's my birthday and we're having dinner here." After we had our meal, she miscalculated our meal ticket three times. She also charged me for a small chawang of mung bean $9.39 and she said it's is a pint. I work in a hospital and know for a fact that the little chawang that they had was NOT a pint, but only 120cc. Then when I made a payment, I turned my head for a moment and then the $50bill that was with dollar bills disappeared and she said I never paid. At that moment, You can tell she is lying. We stayed there and we waited as we are honest people and we don't rip people off the way she does. She couldn't even look at me in the eye. I even told her to look at their cameras, so we can find out what happened to the $50 bill. She seemed scared. I waited as I want to her to call the cops because I know in my heart and my mind that I am an honest person. Instead she said "you can go and don't ever come here!" Still she could not look at me in the eye. So people, be careful dealing with this...

I asked if she could account for and price all the items I purchased, she came up with random prices that was not displayed but was still short of $13. Before handing my $3 back she asked if I would like sauce, I said yes, then she rang up the total and handed me 37cents, when I pointed out she owed me $3, she replied “ YOU WANTED SAUCE RIGHT”. Most locals like this place but probly don’t realize the prices they are charged, the food is ok but the services and price scheme...
