Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Hawaii

CHRISTA has 0 patience an has HORRIBLE customer service at all, I go thru the drive thru at around 12-1pm there's only me an another person in line, but CHRISTA wanted to rush me asking me "IS THAT ALL?" Like she had a huge line?? I was confused bc it was not busy I work with Dominos and I know for a fact that you're not supposed to say is that all? Which indicates you being rude to the customers. An can hear some laughing in the back? then after I paid but she told me I had to give $2 more dollars so I paid that but after giving my card OR my food to me I never received a receipt so at the end the Two LOCAL DARK girls one named CHRISTA tried ignoring us by closing the drive thru window so I honked the horn of my car they slammed open the window n said what is it. I was like can I have a receipt please???? Then they took two more mins and gave me my receipt n we left. Just the ENERGY alone they're just two friends at work not taking anything seriously while working. And one more thing yall need to change your hours to not being open 24 hours bc yall at night shouldn't be closed, Kona JIB biggest let down rather go back hilo side bc atleast THEY KNOW...

I broke my #1 travel rule, which is not to eat at a place you have back home. But, this was an emergency!

After a night of drinking at Mask-Querade and My Bar in Kona, we were of course "hangry" at 2am. And of course the only place open was JITB! I remember looking at the drive thru menu, giving money to my friend, and fell asleep lol. I awoke just before we reached our hotel in Keauhou.

FOOD: Jumbo Jack - This was perfect as I didn't want something huge like the Ultimate Cheeseburger, small like a Cheeseburger or the flavor of the Sourdough Jack. The JJ is similar in size to McD's Quarter Pounder, and comes with cheese, tomato, lettuce, onions, and ketchup. I always opt for curly fries, and thankfully my friends remembered to get the buttermilk dressing for dipping.

SERVICE: There were a few cars ahead of us and they were naturally busy being the only ones open in the wee hours of the morning. I was told the wait was a while, and I can't comment on the staff as I was already in dreamland!

OVERALL: JITB is always there for your late...

I visited the drive through late (around 2am). The lights were on so I though they were opened. I waited at the speaker for over 5 minutes and nothing but silence. I figured they were closed so I drove around the building to leave and then I see 2 cars waiting at the window. I proceeded to wait inline and when I got up to the window I told the girl I didn't order back there because I thought you were closed. She said "no, we are open 24hrs" then went back to organizing her receipts or something. I said "ok, can I order then." She said "you have to go back to the speaker." I said, I already waited back there and no one said anything so I thought you were closed. She replied with attitude "there are only 2 of us here, you have to be patient." And closed the window in my face! Needless to say, I did not not go back to the speaker to order and I will not be returning. If she would have just said on the speaker that she would be with me in a few minutes I would have gladly waited. Her rudeness was extremely...
