Went to order the local breakfast deluxe and the place didn't have rice. Turns out, they ran out of rice, while selling multiple orders to multiple people, and filled up all their waiting stalls. So, while I'm stuck at the drive thru pick up window(the last window), they asked me if I wanted to substitute rice for hashbrowns saying it'd take 10mins. I asked for rice since I didn't mind waiting. They go back to the manager and responded by telling me that it'd take a really long time. So I was resigned to taking the hashbrowns and walked away with a few pieces of Portuguese sausage and a slab of egg. I don't understand why they allowed me order the item knowing they couldn't make it. If they told me from the start, I would have been able to order something else. I also don't understand why they even asked if I wanted to sub the rice for hashbrowns cause I didn't really have a choice in the matter. The only thing they wanted to do was get me out of the drive-thru cause they filled all their waiting stalls. Customer satisfaction is their last priority. This location used to serve the local breakfast deluxe on their all day breakfast menu but now it struggles to serve the item during their breakfast period. It's a good thing that I also ordered an egg mcmuffin to fill me up, but I had to assemble the sandwich myself as the cook didn't even bother to stack it. I used to visit this location 4-5 times a week, but the quality of service at this location has gone down significantly over the last 3 years and costs the same amount as any other restaurant in the area. Here is why the first is the flow of the drive thru I believe it to be backwards the McDonalds is on a 1 way street and if the line is long enough there is a possibility after you g through the drive thru you can’t exit because the line blocks the exit. Not I know it’s not the McDonald’s fault just who ever planed/ deigned that drive thru. Secondly is no communication to the customer. Apparently you cannot do a mobile order after 10PM ok that’s fine but one the mobile app lets you still order even though it’s pass the time. Side note I once went thought the line at 9:50 and got to the window I was telling the worker my code and they weren’t understanding what I was saying I repeated the code 5-6 times after the coworker who was working next to them suggested the right letter it was 10:02 and they instantly said ohh we can’t do online orders after 10:00 . Yes I know but it took me 12 minutes to tell you the code. I understand it was last minute but I was already there and he was already taking the code whatever 2 minutes over the date that’s my fault what’s not my fault is them instantly messing up my order after that. Which brings me to three I have had countless orders messed up at this McDonalds and when I go to pay I prefer to pay with Apple Pay on my watch. 3 times I go to pay and the worker lazily just holds the reader out the windows to which I can’t reach to pay. McDonald's is supposed to be a charitable organization but yet this specific location is anything but charitable or compassionate or even employed by decent people. previously I have been rudely forced to unplug my phone from the outlet at this location when I was trying to load my McDonald's app in order to earn my points or even redeem my rewards. secondly there is no other way to log into my McDonald's account considering I was not allowed to charge my phone to login to my McDonald's account. now just to top it all off as I was walking by I noticed the drive-thru was blocked off and people were forced to reverse out of the drive-thru so I simply asked the employee outside what was going on and if everything was okay I was ignored but yet this specific employee could talk to everyone but me and I honestly believe it was because I am a foreigner to Hawaii because this specific employee answered everyone else who just happened to be a local or of the same ethnicity as them. the majority actually I can confidently say all of the employees are of Filipino ethnicity and I believe they would not hire anyone else of a different ethnicity. do not go to this McDonald's as I can confidently say they are prejudice and racist if you are...
