Amazing homemade kombucha on tap with fun flavours. You are encouraged to taste test them all in order to pick. They were all really great and it was hard to choose. My partner and I both decide on the Creme Coconut flavour and it was amazing. Lots of hot tea to choose from as well. We both also got full plates of the vegan/vegetarian Indian food, which was good and full of veggies but could have used a little more salt to give the flavours that pop that they were missing (I added salt and it was more flavourful). Love the initiative to use local and organic ingredients! Bartender/Server was friendly and helpful, atmosphere is fun, bright coloured and kitchy. Small place with not a ton of seating, but cozy. If I can give no stars I would.... If roaches and fleas (yes fleas!) Are not enough to deter you. This is possibly the only reatraunt that has ever given me food poisoning. I saw the roach and the flea and not sure what in my thick skull (other than extreme hunger and the fact that I already paid) didn't make me walk out the door. The food is supposedly ayurvedic, ayurveda doesn't use nightshades like peppers, tomato and potatoes in the cuisine. All 4 dishes were laden with mostly broccoli and the rest was night shades there were 2 carrots peices total and a few pieces of chopped celery. "satvik" means pure, clean, wholesome, a place that has roaches and is covered in filth. I will be calling the health...

Stopped here after trying to go to Street Burgers (which was closed on Monday). We were intrigued by the Kombucha on tap. Ended up staying longer than expected chatting with Gadai, the owner, about his background. Having spent many years as a monk an India before moving to Kauai with his family, the kombucha flavors and base, and Indian food menu all reflect the values in the teachings from his time spent there. You can tell he’s passionate about his business and the experience he wants to pass onto his customers, and the kombucha is fantastic!
