Subway — Restaurant in Hawaii

The women who said she was the owner but never gave me her name was incredibly rude from the start. She wasn’t listening to me or my girlfriend, kept grabbing the wrong things, then she would be frustrated cause I corrected her. I’ve been eating at subway for a long time always got the same order never had an issue til this lady in fact not two days ago I was there and I ordered the same sandwich with no issues and she was even there while the new guy was making my sandwich. She saw him put oil on my sub before toasting. I’ve done this for 20 years always put oil and vinegar on my sub with veggies before toasting never in my life have had this issue. TILL this rude lady said she can’t. Then when I asked if that was a subway rule or her rule she wouldn’t answer. The staff was extremely unprofessional. We wanted veg patty burger but they refused citing unavailability but we are pretty they had it but refused as it was close to their closing time as it could have taken them extra time and effort. The staff looked very inexperienced. They have hired very young people looked like students who have been not trained. They initially were okay with card payment but then suddenly the girl at the counter told us some technical error and wanted cash. They didn’t even cut the sandwich into two which they do. We originally had a coupon only to find out at the register they do not participate in the coupons after a certain amount of days! this coupon didn’t expire until October so it was surprising they don’t take this but it does say if the subway participates, I think it would be helpful if an indication or sign of some sort somewhere to say they don’t take certain coupons after a time or at all.
