The Waipahu location usually is ok, but I had a terrible visit this time. 100% on the girl at the register. I forgot to use my app for points, but she refused to fix it. It's not a hard process: void the current order, create an identical one, and scan the app to fix. She said she wouldn't do it. I spent $33.97 for 3 people and got no credit on my app for it. In addition to attitude, she also ruined my mocha blast. I asked for cinnamon to be blended throughout the drink, but there was so much cinnamon that it ruined the taste and was sticking to the back of my throat. Did she dump half a bottle in there??? She also wouldn't print my receipt for me, but after I left, I went back in and made her print it since I needed to see if I could apply anything on my app myself (nope). How lazy is that, not feeling like printing a receipt? I've never had problems before, but when you get one bad worker who doesn't care, if affects the business. I will not be back to...

My husband eats ice cream every night before bed. So we're here once or even twice a week! Jenna, who just knows how to make our banana royal. I'm not sure why some workers put the banana on the bottom, when you gotta scoop under to get it. Which makes your ice cream over flow. They have to make it how it's advertise, bananas are a topping!
