Wilson's is synonymous with Hilo and Shave Ice (or Ice Shave). Though it's changed locations since I first started coming here, Wilson's has been a place of not just tasty, rainbow flavored ice, but also good memories and a place to come with family and friends. Definitely the most pleasant and friendliest business that we visited during our stay on the big Island! The young woman making the shave ice just kept a big smile on her face and kept everyone in line happy. Her young daughter did a good job of finishing the shave ice and helping out.
