Hong Kong Chinese Food — Restaurant in Hawthorne

first let me start off by saying I really don't give reviews but I had to let it be known to the public regarding this restaurant is not following properly food and sanitary guidelines for covic 19 safety.This is the reason why. on Saturday (2-13-2021) my baby daughter and I walked into this location and I lady[Amy]was fixing the door to the entrance with her bare hands ✋ and afterwards she never washed her hands and went to fix the the drinks that people can buy to take in a bottle right. and I kept to order my food because there was another lady serving. so I was ready to pay when the lady that was working on the door comes and touches my food and still not washed hands didn't even wore gloves.

I recommend this place to be shut down. the health expectations should be notify . I well do my part to...

This was my first time having a meal from this place. I had the Fried Rice and Chow Mein Combo with two entrees, Orange Chicken and Egg Rolls.

The fried rice and chow mein were cooked perfectly. Finally enjoyed some orange chicken that wasn’t chewy and egg rolls that were not burnt from frying too long. Thanking this place for cooking my meal right. I enjoyed every bite.

A little tip for anyone that reheats the meal in the microwave in the container, have some patience by reheating it in 10 or 20 second intervals until it’s hot to your taste. It still taste good, not that hard and gummy texture that happens when you heat leftovers in the microwave.

Great portions for the price and I will definitely try some other things...

The first time I had Thai tea with boba and it was great. I ate my 2 veggie egg rolls and chow mein much later. I loved the egg rolls they were great even a few hours later. The chow mein was very plain and I had a taste but that was it. The next time I went and ordered a large Thai tea with boba. The boba tasted like it was sitting for too long and was almost too difficult to eat and was around $7. I mentioned this to the cashier and she responded with it being the last of the boba or something like that. She then suggested using a smaller straw so I wouldn't have to eat it. The egg rolls I ordered again were great. If and when I go back the next time I'll get the smaller sized drink...
