This is the worst run pharmacy you'll ever experience. Unless you're ordering medication that you don't mind waiting a few weeks for then avoid at all costs.
My daughters doctor called in an important medication for my 2 month daughter. They said it'd be ready in a few hours so a few hours later I show up. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, because they only have one person working the register in typical Walmart fashion, the tech told me they don't actually carry that medication and they'll have to order it, but it'll be in the next night and will be ready for pickup the day after, so 2 days later.
2 days later I show up, wait 20 minutes again and the tech informs me they didn't actually order it, because the med is $150 bucks and they weren't sure if I actually wanted it. I almost lost it at this point, I've got a newborn in serious need of this medication, I've already requested yall order it twice and yet yall still keep coming up with excuses.
At this point I realize my daughter will never get her meds at this pharmacy that's worked at by employees who couldn't care less, so I canceled the order and will have my doctor call it into a real pharmacy that actually cares.

I heard the huff from your tech and the roll of the eyes when I asked for 1mL syringes. I could feel the immediate change in body language by your tech. Syringes are a medical supply and in the state of Idaho, there is no law stating you need a prescription for them. Pharmacist, you informed me that on the box, it says a prescription is needed. It doesnât. I have never needed a prescription at the Walmart in Post Falls, nor have I needed one at any Walgreens. Your lack of knowledge, behavior and profiling towards me was uncalled for. I included a photo so you can see it doesnât say a script is needed. If itâs your stores policy, then say that, but do not lie.    Read moreI called with some questions about my medication and the side effects and Jace was so very extreamly helpful. I was really blown away by his customer service. And there's another girl there.. I forget her name but shes always working every time I go in and shes absolutly wonderful as well! I saw an older gentlemen basically scream at her during the covid pandemic where everybody is over stressed and she handled it so professionally! He left in a better mood than he came in because of her great attitude!! I sure hope the pharmacy techs read this review so they know how appreciated they are! They do great work here! Theyre friendly as all get out and my medications are filled quickly.. The same day even when i neglected to call them in in a timely manner. Thank you for all your help! You guys...
