Milk and Honey — Restaurant in Hayden

Oh my my my...I almost have to curse to explain how much I love this place. I crave it regularly and sometimes my car just auto drives to this spot.

Step 1 — be aware that yes sometimes there is a wait. Good things take time. Sometimes they only have one person on staff. It’s not the fastest shop in town. But WHO CARES with flavors like this?!

Step 2 - I can’t speak to the whole menu but i will on what I have had. Honeybee Latte 👍👍👍 - honey, sea salt - it’s completely craveable. It’s sweet so if you want it toned down a little ask for a little less sweet. The latte with cinnamon/brown sugar in it is good..but not my personal favorite. I only say this bc it’s a flavor palette I’ve had elsewhere so it didn’t seem completely unique and I decided cinnamon in my coffee isn’t my go-to.

Bonus: special made up drink that’s amazing. They have an ice blended drink that has pistachio + vanilla bean + sea salt. It doesn’t even have coffee in it. But together the barista and I turned it into latte form. A scoop of pistachio + a small squirt of pistachio syrup, a touch of vanilla bean and sea salt all inside a hot espresso latte. It’s...

I stopped by Milk & Honey Coffee during a recent vacation, and wow, what a gem! I usually brew coffee at home, but I wanted to try something new, and this place did not disappoint. I started with their signature Milk & Hunny coffee, absolutely AMAZING, perfectly balanced and flavorful. Then, on the staff’s recommendation, I tried the Honey Bee, and all I can say is WOW! It was a delightful burst of unique flavors that blew me away. The staff was super friendly, offering great suggestions and creating such a welcoming vibe. Milk & Honey is 100% recommended for anyone looking for exceptional coffee and a warm experience. I’ll definitely be back next time...

Had to edit to update my review. I've been charged 60 cents of oat milk, then 75 cents which is expensive for a splash of anything. Prices I've been charged have varied. I asked today why the price was different than the last time and was told that "the owner raised prices". I suggested they should probably update their board after pointing out the differences between what the barista quoted me, and what their menu has listed. Baristas are still friendly, coffee is still really good. Just reluctant to do business anywhere if I'm gonna be charged a different price...
