Drove past this restaurant many times and thought it was a take out. Stopped by the other day and decided to sample something. Ordered Barbecued Pork to go and while I was waiting got to check the place out. Very simple and clean place. Not where you would take a girl on a first date but, if you chose the right girl, somewhere you would visit often. The BBQ Pork was good. Good enough to take a second visit. We had taken a menu so we had a good idea what we were having. My wife had a combo lunch meal - Sweet & Sour Pork, Fried Rice and **. I chose the Curry Chicken. Both were excellent. The Curry Chicken was tasty and tender, nice and spicy as I expected. What was not expected was Bok Choy, Green Pepper and Baby Corn. The first two were a welcome addition, the third not so much. I am not a fan of baby corn in a sauce dish. I have had this from another local restaurant before and it just sets me against the dish. It seems to work a lot better in the combination I had this time. Still not my favorite but the rest of the dish carried it well enough to enjoy. I will know to say no corn next time. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her combo. The Sweet & Sour Pork was not all breading around a small piece of meat. It was a good breading around a good sized piece. It wasn't dry and it was tender; and I only got to taste a lttle piece! She enjoyed both the Fried Rice and the Chow Mein. So, for the price of Panda Express we got great friendly service, real Chinese food and a new...

My wife and I looking for a good Chinese place to eat in North Idaho. We live in Spokane Valley Wa.. So this place pop up as 5 stars. Nice quite little establishment. Lady working there was very nice. Noticed only cash or local checks only.. I ordered the almond chicken with shrimp and pork fried rice and my wife ordered the sweet and sour pork with chicken chow mein and bbq pork fried rice. When we got our plates my almond chicken had white sauce that didn't taste like almond chicken and my wife had chow mein which wasnt chow mein just noodles with small pieces of chicken in it.. Taste wasn't there, very blend no flower.. When you order shrimp and bbq pork on the side the only dipping sauce you get is sweet n sour sauce. You get no hot mustard, no cocktail sauce and no sesame seeds.. Plus you get no soup with combination plates unless you get dinner for two or more that cost more per person. Around hour or so went by on our way home. Both my wife and I got seriously I'll to our stomach and threw up everything we have eaten.. Sorry to say. Not 5 star quality at all. We will not be...

This is by far the worst Chinese food to date. I ordered "F" almond chicken and it was not what i expected at all. The strip of deep fried chicken with what appeared to be a gravy with ground almond on top was very small and bland. My meal also had deep fried shrimp and that really upset me. Deep fried shrimp comes with hot yellow mustard not predrizzled with sweet and sour sauce. Then there was the pork fried rice variation that was just ok it had a different taste for sure. The last thing was the egg roll was the only thing they actually got right and it was larger than normal. I asked where the almond chicken was and i was like what the heck and then the fried shrimp with sweet sour sauce and she tried to convince me this is how it all should be. I said ah no I have had good Chinese food in San Francisco and she tells me in idaho this is how it is made....

We have been here multiple times probably, six times at least. Sometimes the food is really good, sometimes it is mediocre at best. The service is the same. We have had really good service before and really horrible service before. The lady who runs it barely speaks any English and I do give her a lot of credit for how much she tries. I just wish the food and quality was more consistent. Today I am a little disappointed with our food. I had cashew chicken and over half of my portion was celery. I had a pile of celery sitting left on my plate after I ate the chicken out of it. Seems like they're just trying to use it as a filler. My daughter's beef had no flavor. I just don't know if I will be back for a long time because of the quality of today.

What I would call a 'Chinese diner,' but it was exactly what my Wifey was looking for, for a comfort food meal on an RV trip. We did their family style meal, and those include your basics, and nothing off a secret menu. Fine with me, because I knew we'd be able to take leftovers home for other folks. Our hostess was a sweetie, and treated us like I'm sure she treats all the nice folks who come here. It seems to be just her out front, and probably her husband in the back cooking the great food. It's not a big place, with maybe about eight small tables, so a big group may want to look for a different venue. Such great flavors with everything, though. Cash or check only, so be prepared for that...

It tastes good. But, it's basically vegetarian. Whatever you order there's going to be less than 1/8 lb of meat in any serving you have.$70 worth of food is definitely less than 1/2lb of all meats combined. Szechuan chicken is basically Szechuan peanuts, onions, and green peppers. Cashew chicken is nothing more than cashews, carrots, and celery. Kung Pao chicken is only carrots onions peppers and mushrooms. Fried shrimp, chow mein noodles were great and so were the wontons. Just don't expect to get any meat with anything you order unless that is the only ingredient. Such a variety in the cookies too 😂
