Arby's — Restaurant in Heber

Was there with my husband tonight at 9:50pm waiting for 10 mins in the drive thru and nobody helped us. Apparently, “CHARLIE” the said manager wasn’t helpful at all. Is that how you provide customer service? Are you really a manager?? I’ve been in the hospitality industry for long years now and I know what CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS cause I’m a manager! If you are open until 10pm make sure that you serve your customers until 10pm. If you want to close at 9:50pm then put a sign out there! I understand that you all are understaffed, everywhere else too even in our restaurant but we go out of our way to go above and beyond to serve people. If this is not for you then quit! Get a job somewhere else that will pay you to be lazy. I’m sorry that you hate working until 10pm or so. Looks like Mcdonalds has more pride in their employees because the only lady who works there in the drive thru at night makes her way to help people out even if it’s just herself doing everything. This is very disappointing here in Heber!!! I wish whoever the owner is talks to their employees and teach them what really customer...

I agree with the above review stating "if I could give 1/2 star I would"... I should have known, when the drive thru was empty and my food was ready as soon as I reached the window... That's $32 (for 3 people) I can't get back and 3/4 of it literally went in the garbage! Imagine biting into a brisket sandwich that is not even lukewarm with a dab of BBQ sauce on a super dry bun and pulling out a mouthful of gristle.. Nearly every bite spit out! The chicken sandwich looked like it had been sitting out all day.. My mom tried to cut a bite with a knife and it was so dry she couldn't eat it. So basically we each ate a shake for dinner (which was delicious apparently because you can't let that sit under a light all day)... My husband summed it up like this "you can't make a sandwich like that by mistake.. You've got to see the fat in the meat".. It's been years since I've eaten at Arby's......

We always have decent food, i dont go in often but i happened too yesterday and let me just say what a filthy place. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting i wish i would have had my phone to take pictures. The sink was so gross im not even sure my hands are clean after i washed them bc the faucet looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. The floor and toilet seat had pee all over it and who knows what else…. I didnt even dare sit down. If i didnt have to pee so bad i would have waited. The floor was pretty nasty i noticed as i was leaving in the main restaurant area and the tubes that you get condiments from (barf) do they get washed thoroughly? Ever? The soda fountain was a sticky mess. Its really making me question what things look like in the kitchen…….and i get food regularly from here. definitely makes me question if i...
