I have had an ongoing issue the moment I stepped into this Verizon location. Worst mistake of my life. Going on two years and they can care less to resolve my issue even after a full investigation being done and it going in my favor but no solution to this day to rectify the situation. Misty messaged my now ex fiancé when he left the store for a free meal and ended up giving him full access to my Verizon account and putting his name on my account as well. When going into the store she ran out of the store because she obviously knew who I was and my concerns were not her but the fact that my account has been compromised, devices have been taken out using my information linked to my number that is now a business account. She ran out 2 hours before the store was to be closed to get her nails done according to her colleagues. They will not give me access to my own account because of a pin change that I did not due. They did nothing to solve this issue when showing them every invoice with order numbers and of course allowing numerous devices to being sent to my ex. They are putting false location codes on these invoices. I can’t get a new device without it being intercepted by these employees. They are rude, unprofessional, and careless. I was told by Verizon customer service and the fraud department to file a police report on these individuals when seeing that this fraudulent activity was happening. As I entered the store I saw that there was a sheriff officer there and asked if i can file the report with him and he instructed me that it would have to be with hedwig village. When willingly walking out as nothing was being solved and sitting in front of the location for almost an hour I decided to grab a bite at Buffalo Wild Wings which is in the same shopping center and was approached by two officers at my table because the employees had called the cops on me for the reasons I told them I was filing a report on them because my devices are compromised and they have been able to access my location and confidential information. Five devices have the same IMEI numbers and there are over 1200 hundred devices on this business account linked to my number. The officer there was the one that made the report and said that he physically had to remove me from the property because I was getting aggressive which is so far from the truth and i would never let people like those employees take me to that level. Can’t wait to see that footage that never happened. So humiliating that these criminals are able to get away with this; or so they think because I am going to take full legal action on every staff member in that store for all that they have put me through. Such disgusting behavior from them and I have had it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS...

I purchased a Flip-4 phone, a business line and Wifi. After 3 months the phone died. I went to this store and instead of providing me with a new phone, they ordered me one overnight. After 3 days the phone never arrived costing me thousands of dollars in sales. I went back to the store and I spoke to Mo who said he was the Manager. Mo said there was nothing he could do because there was a pending order. I asked if he could call Verizon directly so I could talk to customer service. He said NO, that I need to call them myself. I asked him again if he would call because all I had was my broken phone. He then told me to leave the store. It is clear to me that Verizon is not equipped to handle businesses. They would rather have you lose business than to provide customer satisfaction. As far as Mo, He should be reprimanded and not deal with customer complaints until he has updated training. He acted unprofessional as a manager. I have over 25 years experience in retail business and have never seen anyone treat a customer like this. UPDATE: UPDATE: Well, I finally received my new phone after 6 days of waiting and losing calls for my business. I am having trouble activating it so I decided to do the right thing and go to another store, so I wouldn't have to deal with Mo. I went to the 600 Sam Houston Pkwy store. I pulled up to the store and to my surprise there was Mo at the door. He refused to let me in to work with another salesperson. He actually told the officer at the door to tell me to leave. Mo had so many chances to do the right thing, but failed miserably. He has turned this horrible experience at Verizon into a personal vendetta. I just cannot believe that Verizon would be condoning this terrible behavior. I have two retail business locations within 5 miles of this store. I will do everything in my power to tell my customers and employees not to deal with either of...

I went three days ago to check the family deal with unlimited calls, text messages and data. I leave pretty far from the place, but my sister and her husband are near by so we went to check that out. I explained to them that I am with At&T and that I have iPhone 7 that's not paid off yet, I asked her to check if I am eligible and the lady that works there told me that I am. She was constantly, and annoyingly trying to make a sale from me even though I told her dozen times that I am not interesting of buying products, just switching providers. After long battle she said for me to go and pay off my phone with At&T and unlock it so we can finish the business. I finished all of that, paid off the remaining of my balance ($370), unlock the iPhone after spending hours on the phone with At&T, and made another appointment with the same Verizon representative (Jessica G.). I came to the same branch and surprise surprise, she is telling me that I am not eligible to go with Verizon by using my phone and that I need to buy phone from her (spend $1000), with option to buy my phone for $150... WHAT A SCAM, WHAT A SHAMELESS AND DISRESPECTFUL behavior, I couldn't believe that she was just trying to sell me stuff, knowing from the beginning that I am not eligible to use my own phone. I spent a lot of money (paying off my phone, paying for tall, losing time of my work) so so she can play me like this. I still can't believe how unprofessional she was. At the end, I said that there is no way I can buy anything from her, even if I want, and she didn't even apologize, she was just waiting for the clock to finish her shift and go home.
THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS., I can't believe Verizon treats possible customers like that. I have a lot of friends and I will tell them how they treat me, so they don't go through all of...
