I'm was there 12-26-2019. I had previously called to verify if all the orders and documentation was correct before coming to this facility. I understand the importance of the documentation being correct so insurance will cover for services and I was told yes everything is fine come in. I get there and front office staff Pat states well the order is not been completed correctly and we can not do the procedure without the correct order. I explained to her that I was told everything was corrected prior to my arrival. I got on the phone with my doctors office to explain the issue and was told it would be corrected. Pat then said "it not our fault your doctors office does not know how to send the correct orders". Really is that necessary!! I was told by their office it was already correct prior to me having to leave my job to handle their work. They finally got the order corrected as their wish. I was sent back to prepare for the procedure and the technician Sandy was not ready for me she did not know where all the material equipment anything was in the office. She kept taking her gloves off and on and she touched the material with out gloves she did not sanitized her hands. She seemed stressed and called someone and said "Are you sure you want me to do this" not sure who she called. This was so awkward I was sitting in the front for 2 hours and she was not even prepared to treat a patient. She started to access my vein and poked my vein in a way I have never experienced before. She said my vein was blocked. I have had many surgeries in my life and have three children with epidural etc so I'm not scared of needles, injection etc. No manager available in a place where they can really jeopardize your health when the service in not adequate.. All .lies thanks for wasting my time I guess They can.not read orders at this location Hospital did not have issues with the Order so I had to remake appointment Elsewhere thanks for setting me back a month..as I'm really needing this MRI 3 weeks is enough time for you to get my paperwork in order instead you waited to the last day to say the order is unclear??? So you called doctor Friday and you know medical field in Houston Texas don't even hardly work Mondays or Fridays very unproductive and sad for patients who Need help in a timely manner..next time make sure you can do the job BEFORE The DAY of procedure.. Read moreExcellent staff!!! The girls at the front desk were so nice and friendly. I was immediately greeted, and because I did everything on the patient portal, the only thing I had to do was pay. While I was paying, the ultrasound technician came and said she would be right with me. I think I waited maybe a minute before she came back to get me.
