Now I see why Starbucks is becoming a failed business! I walked in and went to the counter and asked for a code for the restroom. I just got out of my car after a long drive and wanted use the facilities then place an order. But to my surprise, the crew member ARIANNA, said “well are you going to order because it’s only for paid customers”. Wow, that’s how guests are treated here! Well yes I ordered after I used the restroom! Bad business practices. Complete trash service and hospitality! Shame on Starbucks!

Good place to make a late afternoon stop, as it turns into a " drive through" only at a certain point...it was closing at 6 pm when we visited. Service Dogs welcome. Bathrooms clean, required coded entry access. Prices and products are as expected at a Starbucks elsewhere. Enjoy the west side of town with free parking, nearby mall, restaurants , and AT&T nearby all within walking distance.

I Love their hot Tea called Medicine Ball also known as Honey Citrus Mint Tea. I don't know exactly what they put in there but I do know the tea bags they use are Mint Majesty and Peach Tranquility, they make a great combination and taste great!

I used to love this location but after coming here daily for quite some time (a venti iced caramel macchiato with an added shot totaling four shots) the quality has really gone done. After several tries returning, the espresso seems extremely watered down. It tastes like I’m getting a big cup of milk. I go to other locations and the drink comes out great. Not sure if the espresso machine is not pulling properly? Or what but it is disappointing especially when I pay almost $8 for a drink everyday. It’s like playing Russian roulette. Will it be good today or not and this location just never gets it right. Please check your machine!!!! This location is convenient and the baristas are sweet but I think the espresso machine is not working properly. I tried this location again this morning after not coming here for about three months and it’s the same way. Horrible quality. My iced macchiato with four shots tasted...

My fiancé is a Starbucks patron and we've been to many-a-branch. I particularly liked this one due to it's "quiet" and "spacious" environment. The ambiance was soothing and there was so much room to relax and you have plenty of options when it comes to seating. Whether you want a soft-chair in the dark corner or the table in the soft-light, they have it all. It's the typical menu and decor for the chain establishment. The music was pop/country, which was appropriate for the surroundings. I loved the service especially. Just moved to Hemet a few months ago and the drive is a bit longer to get to work so i been stopping here atleast once or twice a week in the morning. I know crazy i shouldnt make that my excuses to stop here so often since before i would hardly stop at Starbucks.

The staff here are friendly but if you stop in the morning note that you will be there for 10-15minutes since the line is always crazy long. You might also get your food cold since this has been the 3rd time i get my bacon gouda cold. It sucks so make sure that if you order anything warm you feel the middle before driving off.
