Red Lobster — Restaurant in Hempfield Township

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Our server Ingrid, was awesome. She was helpful, prompt and very friendly. The “all you can eat” shrimp was great. You pick 3 of the styles with 2 sides then all you can eat after that. We honestly were only able to go back for one each since there was a lot of food. I didn’t help that we ate their famous cheesy bread before the meal arrived. Overall a great experience and again, Ingrid was superb!

Visited again on 13 September to once again enjoy the “all you can eat” shrimp special. Our server was Laney, she was awesome.

20231209 Visited with parents and used our free Veterans meal vouchers which is so nice that Red Lobster honors the nations Veterans. We really enjoyed all the entree's and Nick our server was "super" friendly and helpful. Our meals which are made to order were prepared very quickly and always so good. This Red Lobster is really becoming a family favorite restaurant.

20231219 Can’t pass on the all you can eat shrimp. Bella our server was exceptional. Thank you Bella for making our superb meal even more special.

20240510 Had the fish and chips and bacon cheeseburger platter. Everything was wonderful and Kevin and Corbin working the bar were awesome, thank you.

Had an interesting night yesterday when dining at your restaurant being called out by one of your waitresses on her tip. I'll start with service, which was decent. Our waitresses forgot some of our items we had ordered, which was not a big deal, and she fixed when we acknowledged it. The food was good. We had Seafarers Feast and Admiral Feast. My only complaints were that we did not receive the Bacon Mac and Cheese, and the burusell sprouts were not dressed by the kitchen. Also, the fried scallops were slimy and off-putting. Check time came. we paid on the tablet and was told we were not allowed to leave until we were handed a printed check because apparently it's policy, though we had an emailed receipt. The waitresses came back an pointed out what we used to pay for our meal, which was a gift card. We did not want to put a tip on there because we had cash for the waitresses and she got her tip directly but she came over read our bill to us like we did not understand and pointed out we did not leave her a tip. Took my 10-yr old daughter out for a special dinner - ended up just ok. Positives: Hostess was friendly & quick w/ seating. Food was tasty, but cold-see negatives and a great menu selection including fresh daily selections. Negatives: Waitress (Kaley B) was nonexistent. Took order and brought drinks and check - that was it! Runners brought appetizer, salads & dinner. Entrées glazed over as if sitting when dropped off. All dishes (salad, app) stayed on table throughout meal - all staff walked by, not one identified the apparent lack of service.(table was next 2 a station w/ silverware, lots of staff...not my waitress) No drink refill offered..not once... my glass empty when runner dropped entrée. Server poked her head over the wall and asked if all was OK, disappeared before I could ask 4 drink refill.... alas, I asked another waitress 2 get our server & check... at that time...my dishes cleared and was offered refills...no thanks, just check - dessert? Little 10-yr old, all dressed up 4 special dinner...not even offered. $60 bucks 4 cold food, 1 drink and no dessert offer... SERVICE,...
