I can't stress enough how friendly and helpful every associate at the store was. They all made my experience shopping there extremely enjoyable, even if it didn't seem like it would be that way. A few days before Christmas I purchased (or thought I purchased) a glass cardinal ornament as a gift. When my mother opened it on Christmas morning she found only an empty box. When I returned to the store to rectify the issue, they didn't have the exact ornament I wanted but the two kind associates directed me to a good selection of different ornaments, which I exchanged for. I honestly don't shop at this type of store often. If I need a greeting card, I usually pick one out when I'm out doing other errands. I however needed a specific card so I stopped in. I was able to get what I needed, but it was rather hard to find. Not the store's fault in anyway, but the wording on the cards is just sort of lame. Who talks like that when they want to convey a heartfelt message to a loved one. I really feel like Hallmark is dated in their messaging.
