The overall restaurant was clean except maybe a table. They have a clean drink bar that lights up nicely. My order was a chicken sandwich combo. The combo came out and I opened the sandwich and it was cold and I could see some of the meat under the crunchy breading. The meat was a little dried out. I took the sandwich back to the counter and showed the chicken and the female attendant agreed and they made me a new sandwich. Obviously you can see the size of the new sandwich in the picture. Small piece of meat. I thought maybe they gave me a slider cut of chicken meat. I can tell you other Arby’s locations have bigger sandwiches. Nevertheless I stop here because it is close to my home. But the best Arby’s is hwy 93 before you hit wickenberg, Arizona. The chicken sandwich is bigger and all the food is made fresh to order. Yes, every order is made to order and hot. Similar to In n Out burger. My recommendation for this location is to serve the food HOT! Check your portions because there is a big difference between locations. This location is really nice, but quality and quantity will hamper this location. I really hope they would strive for a better product. The customer service was very nice and took care of...
Read moreI ordered the Classic Fish Meal. I am sure the Southern Nevada Water Authority has nothing to worry about because that fish tasted like it has never seen water in its life. It had to be the driest fish sandwich I ever tasted. The sesame seed bun also was dry and lacked freshness with a pitiful piece of melted yellow cheese plop on a dry piece of cod, which added no flavor or taste to the sandwich at all. Oh, by the way, did I mention how dry the sandwich was? Lol. The curly fries tasted like they had been sitting in the fry bin too long and lacked that hot fresh flavor I am used to when ordering Arby's seasoned curly fries. On a good note, the Dr. Pepper was okay. But I don't think they had to make that. I was the second car in line in the drive-thru, and they did not appear busy inside the store. So, I don't know what happened with the preparation of this tasteless meal. Arby's, you may have the meat. But it doesn't matter if your cooks don't know how to prepare it properly! Thumbs down on this...
Read moreArby's Sweet Tea was an affront to my taste buds—bordering on offensive. As someone with a discerning palate, I was dismayed by both the beverage and the overall culinary experience. The Buffalo chicken sandwich, an ostensibly simple offering, was a debacle. Its excessive and poorly contained sauce seeped through the bun, resulting in an unfortunate spill that marred my attire. To add to the ignominy, the fries, typically a reliable comfort, were unequivocally stale, turning what should have been a simple side dish into an exercise in disappointment.
The establishment's cleanliness—or lack thereof—further compounded the experience. The floor near the soda machine was notably sticky, a silent testament to neglect. The tables bore the detritus of previous patrons—unsightly and uninviting. Considering the place was devoid of other customers, there was no justification for the lack of upkeep. This all culminated in what can only be described as a nadir in my dining...
