Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Henderson

What is a trip to the mall without a stop at Auntie Anne's! Can't remember a time in which I was not walking out without a warm pretzel and a frozen strawberry lemonade. Unfortunately, next time I shall be walking past. My daughter and I order two pepperoni pretzels with one cheese dip and a frozen lemonade and strawberry. We only received one burnt pretzel. We had not notice until we were pulling out the parking lot.

Tried to call but the number listed on Google rings then goes to answering machine.

With the holidays fast approaching, what a shame we will be walking past and not offering our hard earn...

The line wasn't that long but moved very slowly. The 2 girls right in front of me ended up working there but felt the need to stand in line to order something free for a friend??? But the really sad part was the quality of food I received. The pretzel was room temperature, at best, had maybe 5 grains of salt total and tasted like it was made yesterday. I was so disappointed. I went out of my way to get a free pretzel through Tmobile after not having one for ages - they used to be a special treat my mom would get us. If I'd paid for it Idk what...

Worst location of all auntie Anne’s in Las Vegas. Workers were leaning over work station and on their phone with bare hands while touching food. 5 workers and no one greeting any customers and everyone just staring. Food quality is horrible + poor customer service = never coming back. Pretzel is stale/burnt and dip is cold. All other locations are great except this one. Save your money and go somewhere else in...
