I am a big fan of 511 products. I was very excited to have a store open up on my side of town. But 4 out of the 5 times I have been to this location, I have walked out due to staff being rude, not knowing their product line, or just plan being offended when I asked any of them if they could check in the back for a size I needed. I will no longer bother with this location. The one over on Dean Martin is much better, the staff are better educated about the product line, and much nicer. They don't get all butthurt and offended when you ask them if they are joking when they say they don't know what "long johns" are. (No, really, the salesperson got very upset and called me rude when I asked her if she was serious about not knowing what long John's are.) So I encourage the one downtown. It feels nice walking into a place and the employees are friendly and make you feel welcomed like they actually care about helping you .
