FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I stipped by this location on my way home today and ordered a King Jr meal - aka kids meal. In the drive-thru the menu clearly states you get to pick an entree, side, drink, and a sweet treat. Every location I have been to allows me to get an ice cream cone with no issues. After paying for my order they tell me I dont get an ice cream cone and if I want one I need to pay for it. I advise the manager that thats not what the menu states in the drive through and asked her to come outside and look at the menu with me. She comes out and we walk down to the menu and I fall hard into the rocks on the groud. I get back up and show her the menu and she tells me its wrong. I advise her that its false advertisement then and she doesnt care. I then as for corporates number so I can advise them of the issue. I go inside and she now has someone on her cell phone telling me im wrong and now im told I can get an ice cream cone instead of a toy. I asked why she didnt offer that to me when I was at the window? I also asked why this wasnt automatically offered to me when I ordered. She said well you ordered a kids meal... so apparently adults cant order kids meals now. I asked her for corporates number and she gives me a 702 number which is not corporates number. I call it and someone answered "hello" this was someones personal cell phone... she refused to give me corporates number or anyone elses name. I told her to please give me the ice cream cone and she could come grab my toy as ive already been there 20 minutes and my food was already cold. She refused and walked away from me. She also made a comment that I am doing all of this over an ice cream.... this is outrageous and I cant get anyone at corporate even though they say you can talk to someone Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm centeral time. As a loyal Burger King customer, I was deeply disappointed by my recent visit to one of their locations during the Christmas season. Seeking a quick holiday meal, I attempted to place my order through the Burger King app, only to find it malfunctioning. Hoping for a resolution, I pulled into the drive-thru and explained the situation to the staff, including the manager.
To my surprise, the manager informed me that there was “nothing they could do about it,” dismissing my concerns outright. When I politely inquired about their position, they confirmed they were indeed the manager—yet showed little interest in resolving the issue. I was then curtly told to place my order without any effort to address or accommodate the app-related inconvenience.
This experience fell far below the standard of service I expect from a global chain, especially during the festive season when one might anticipate a little extra goodwill and hospitality. While I’ve generally enjoyed the food and convenience Burger King offers, this interaction left a bitter taste.

Read moreworst service ever! upon entering the drive in and getting to the callbox, we were greeted with "what do you want?" no greeting, no welcome to bk, nothing! just what do you want? our mistake, but after giving our order, we pulled through to wait, was handed our meals with a grunt and when asked if we could have ketchup, was given a pack with no more than a "here". almost out of the parking lot we realized they got one of our burgers wrong, it was supposed to have bacon, it didnt. considering the "stellar" service we got in the drive thru we decided to go inside...our bad! as soon as we walked up to the counter, and told the completely unprofessional worker what happened, she had the nerve to ask, well, did you ask for bacon? did we ask for bacon? no we just like to randomly go inside fast food joints and demand bacon....c'mon! then she asked if we had a receipt showing the bacon ordered, i said we were never given a receipt. well, the stellar employee accepted that and made us another sandwich, when that was done, she proceeded to THROW the new sandwich on the counter and turned her back. yep! awesome service there BK. made your way? i think not! well, i guess mickey d's just got another customer. course correct your...
