Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Henderson

We went to the restaurant and my friend ordered a milkshake last Sunday at 430AM. They charged her card and then said they didn’t have milkshakes. So they stole her money and then still have not gotten back to her even though the dispute had been made. We call up there, the worker said there was no supervisor or manager on shift even though she is the supervisor. We go there often enough to recognize her and associate her voice with what she looks like. She said her name was thanos and then said they have milkshakes ready to go but the machine is down and then when the question was asked to follow up she started to pretend she couldn’t speak English so I spoke Spanish to her. Then she started to have an attitude and we just asked her to please give us a manager number or corporate number, she said no. She kept lying and said there was no calls made on Sunday and that she was there but she’s not a manager and hung up. There was no disrespect we were very kind to her and she kept cutting us off asking what we really wanted. Also she informed us that she had premade milkshakes that were ready to be sold but the machines are down. That means y’all are just out here selling old dairy. The machines were down appear at 12 when I went in to get one. Over $5 and some change it does seem weird that this is an issue at fast food restaurant. I visited this location a few nights ago and had to leave before finishing my order because the person over the headset taking orders was SO RUDE!!! Immediately cut me off as I was ordering and didn't even let me finish a sentence. And then I was "Anything else" to death. So I left.

Tonight I thought maybe the person taking orders tonight will not be there. I sure was wrong! I said "We are gonna get a chicken sandwich " and before I finished he said "Only one payment per car" I said haven't even completed my order. The employee then goes, "Go ahead". So I asked why are you so rude? He then says I said go ahead. So now I just drive to the window so I can ask for a manager. I pull up and the window is closed NO ONE around. I waited and waited and finally a male dressed as a woman came to the window. I said can I speak to a manager. He goes there isn't one. I realize this is the rude employee from the speaker. I said I want a manager now, and he closes the window and continues to ignore me sitting there. So I then just took a picture so I can email corporate. Usually love Jack in the Box... it's actually probably our favorite fast food place, but this location is disappointing to say the least. The late night staff either do not listen or understand you, or they just simply don't care but if you're going to charge someone extra for something (which I have no problem paying as long as I get it), then you better be sure you add it to the order. This has happened now 3x that they've missed something and I specifically asked three times, and paid extra. But because the line was long and we had a large order they asked me to go to the front and wait which again is not a problem either but they legit finished serving everyone in the drive thru before they finally brought out our food that was cold, btw, and by the time I finished checking the items, there was a new line of 5+ cars, so I wasn't about to wait back in line once again, especially after waiting 20+ minutes to begin with.
