Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Henderson

In reality need to give a BIG FAT 0. 4th time now ordered online on app food never 👎ready on time or at all went in tonight to get food for the family paid for it since it was ready but never was sat in dining are for another 20mins after paying for my food still nothing went up and asked for a refund since y’all don’t appreciate people business nor money 💰 . While waiting at the front counter for another 5mins on top of the 20mins of waiting for nothing I notice the skinny guy working in the back playing in the cheese like a sandbox with no gloves on then touching the handle on the hot box then back in playing in cheese with no gloves have u head of cross contamination that’s why ur supposed to have a food handling card so please beware eatting here u don’t wanna get sick don’t eat here it a ticking time bomb 💣 on something happing to someone’s health . Then on top of all that the dinning room tables dirty like always bathrooms disgusting never clean no toilet paper 🧻 hopefully it gets closed down soon health department will be having a visit here before some one gets sick bad bad business bad vibes please beware and go somewhere else for the safety for u and ur family’s . You know if you don’t like working for customer services don’t work...

OK so this is hard to write because I love this Pizza Hut and every time I get my food it taste amazing. But then You always have that 1 employee that screws it up for everybody. So one of their female drivers has absolutely no morals and no consideration for other people driving. She hit my husband's truck leaving pizza hut last November. I guess she had to have her manager go drop the delivery off. Well she decided in March this year to call his insurance and tried putting a claim in. Which she should be thankful because my husband decided it wasn't that bad for his truck, unlike her car was pretty bad. so he just said its OK And since it was only a little bit of blemish marks on his truck, and he respected the fact that she's trying to make a living so he let it go. Which the insurance of course laughed because she waited so long evidently if it was his fault she would have called right away which made her look pretty stupid. But that's not the point the point is she has no consideration, and its obvious her parents failed in raising her. It's people Iike her that makes good people think twice about...

I have lived in Henderson for 1 year now, almost to date. I do not order pizza often, but in the year that I have been here I would say I have ordered from this Pizza Hut at least 7 times. Not once have they let me down. I only like a few things from Pizza Hut and that is the pan pizza, wings, and sometimes the pasta if I am in a particular mood. I am picky however, so if if it doesn’t arrive exactly how I want it to arrive I am disappointed and it would ruin the reason That I had ordered In the first place. This Pizza Hut is exactly on point every time. Not only do they deliver when they say they will deliver (if not early) they deliver exactly what they say they will deliver and exactly how I want it to be delivered. I do not have high expectations for fast food or pizza delivery places but this place out does itself time and time again. The only thing I can think of that could be the reason is that management is top notch and that it trickles down. All the way down. Good job guys, and thank you for pleasing...
