We discovered this bakery while staying in Henderson for a few days. It was the best pastries we have had since our trip to Europe! We order a wide variety of goodies and enjoyed every single one! I would tell you my favorite but that would change according to my cravings. We loved the cinnamon rolls. The cream puff was so so good. Their cheese danish was scrumptious but the berry cream danish was even better. Their princess cakes were light and sweet and so good (but I learned that Iām not a great fan of almond paste). My husband couldnāt get enough of their peanut butter cookie, they were crunchy just like he loves cookies (I prefer soft but the flavor was delicious). We went to several places while there. We spent more money at a cookie shop on half a dozen cookies and didnāt eat more than a bite or 2 of each. After we discovered Flemmingās we didnāt need other options for treats. I will be making trips to Henderson just to have some more!!! The staff was also very kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend them...

I will leave you with this cross section of my freshly made croissant. Beautifully crisp and flaky on the outside and the perfect texture on the inside. Also tried the cheese danish and the oatmeal raisin cookie. Everything I got was very good.
I also got a loaf of sourdough bread. If you love sourdough that is actually sour and not the store-bought stuff, you need to check this place out. I heard from a reliable source that they use a mother dough from one of the original bakeries in San Francisco before they all went corporate. From what I understand, they make sourdough on Thursday and Saturday. Stop by and grab a loaf; you will not be disappointed!
Give this local spot a try and you will not be disappointed. If you are looking for a quiet spot to read a book in the morning, they have a nice little seating area inside their shop, steps off of...

I will add... Chef was asked if he could create a wedding cake that would travel on ice in a cooler three states away and not fall apart. Furthermore, could he still engineer this traveling dessert with his signature artistry and amazing decadence. We were completely blown away...
Not only was a stunningly beautiful, it was the best wedding cake I have ever tasted...and I have been to a ton of weddings! Furthermore, he designed a contoured bottom board under the cake to rest on an inside lip in the cooler just a few inches from the bottom. This kept the cake level and secure, and out of the melting ice for the 5 hour mid-Summer commute. Who does that? Really...who would take the time to go through multiple steps for some crazy people that want to transport a wedding cake 300+ miles away?...
