Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Henderson

18 Jun 2024: I was told they offer a Veteran discount of 15% but it was not applied. Pizza tasted great. I would’ve given 5 stars if not for all the oil. Way too much. (See the photos). The other factor is cost. It’s fairly expensive for an extra pepperoni, 8 corner, $24. The “other place (initials are L C)is a little lower rated and maybe not as good, but price wise would fit the bill. Ordering online you see a “Hot Deals” banner. I filled in my order for the $5 off deal then did it again, same pizza order under the 19.99 deal. The $5 off was 3 dollars more…confusing. Maybe my mistake but it this is true than the cost without the $5 off is almost 30 dollars. The restaurant has 4 bar stools, not geared for dine in really. The menu is hanging above, faces the left wall instead of the customer as they enter. Overall, not bad. Price and oil are my only real gripes.

22 Jun 2024: ordered 3 pizzas for a get together that totaled $79 when ordered online I used thie online order like a list and did a screenshot) I actually placed my order in the store, and added the $9.20 Cho. Chip cookie dessert. Was told I would get a 15% veteran discount. Didn’t happen.Cashier rang up the order at $101 Just paid $98 after only receiving a 2% discount. When the order was ready I checked the pizzas. The 1/2 & 1/2 was supposed to be 1/2 extra pepperoni and the other half sausage and pepperoni. I did not receive what I ordered. It was regular pepperoni on one and extra sausage...

( EDITED ) The owner contacted me directly . I would like to say thank you for that . We have clarified the issue . The delivery radius is about 4 miles . I live 10 miles . Totally understandable just seemed off to me that I had received delivery through the company previously so I figured it wouldn't be an issue . P.S IM WILLING TO WORK OUT A DEAL AND PAY A HIGHER DELIVERY FEE 😉 . You know my number lol . Once again thank you for reaching out . From now on I will order takeout . ( I personally don't like doordash/ Uber ) !

Previous Review (( Unfortunately this rating is due to the lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Food is really good .. I've called and ordered delivery through the store directly . All of a sudden today I'm out of range and was told by the manger to order through door dash or a different company . So instead of making money DIRECTLY FOR THE BUSINESS .The manager would rather me give my money to another company instead of their OWN .. The crazy part is I HIGHLY recommend this place to TONS of people .. There are plenty of OTHER pizza places just as good with HIGHIER integrity towards their customers. I'm going to start off by saying the food and pizza is good here. Customer service, not so much. I ordered a Detroit style 8-piece with pepperoni (that's it). I checked the online price and the total came out to $21.66 (Tax included). I figured instead of doing it online I could just call it in since I was going to pay in cash, the guy told me my total was going to be $26.64 before I could ask anything he hung up on my right after telling me it would be ready in 15min.

When I got to the store I asked the guy behind the counter about the discrepancy, and asked if they could honor the online price and he refused, stating "it's already in the system", even after I explained and showed him how the order is different online. He still refused. I just paid the requested price, then the guy has the odacity of asking me if I wanted my change back, "yes. Yes sir I do. The system already charged me $5 more by ordering over the phone". Needless to say, I'm very disappointed that this place has a website, but it does not honor the website price.
