This could be the only Burlington store that has the classic logo. When going inside, the interior is massive! I feel like this Burlington store is WAY more better than the one on Nellis Boulevard. I enjoy my visit with this location. The loss prevention worker, a woman, is very welcoming and kind and she didn't stopped us to ask us some useless questions, unlike any other store in the city of Las Vegas, of course here in the city of Henderson. Ours is on Eastern Avenue, our go to Burlington store. But this one has all the things we need. Also, there were four people behind the register. That's a good sign. However, as always, the line can get longer. But me and my mom enjoyed our time shopping at this Burlington store. It's amazing!

I really enjoy going to Burlington. But this particular day I came across this, this Roblox backpack has the Burlington tag with the price of $14.99...but it has the manufacturer tag with the price at $9.98. When I asked at the counter about this the cashiers response was "That's the price Burlington paid for the item. We get stuff at a lower price and sell it for more to make a profit" but I've seen other items with the manufacturer tag and it isn't lower than the Burlington tag. And on top of that the Burlington tag says "comparable value $23.99" Now I know that not everything is gonna be a "great" deal but after I saw this and told this response I'm more aware of what I purchase.

It is a decent store with, garment district -like clothes. Definitely not stylish, but rather like stuff in my closet that I would throw away or donate. I was so disappointed in the prices and quality of items being sold. I left with some dog toys & a pair of shorts for around the house. Shoes are cheap, ugly, & low quality and priced too high. My friend likes it because he can find 3X & 4X clothes. I end up with nothing every time.

Here is what I emailed their corporate email about my experience. They forwarded it to the local store manager who chose to not respond. I highly recommend not using the tailor here.

I would just like you to know that I have been to your tailor shop several times in the past and they have done an excellent job. However during my last interaction with them this was not the case. I brought in 5 pants and two jackets to be altered on December 4, 2016 and was charged $150. I received several calls from the tailor shop and returned to your store 5 times for several issues that they were having with my clothes. The first three times they forgot my measurements so I had to come to the store and try all my clothes on again and get measured again each time. This is a huge loss of time and expense for me. The fourth time I was there I was asked to come to the store because they lost a pair of my pants and wanted to know if I took them. At this time the tailor had to measure me again because she lost my measurements. She also tried to charge me more money because she was inconvenienced to do extra work by calling me back and taking measurements. I told her I would not be paying more and that she could just give me my clothes her response was "ok, nevermind I'll do it".

I received a phone call on Jan. 14 stating that I could finally pick up my clothes. I arrived at the store and asked the man there if he was sure my clothes were done. I was asked for my receipt to which I explained that I have been there 5 times and the woman who helped me kept the receipt. After being berated for not having a receipt he abruptly answered "well they were hanging on the done side" and handed me my clothes (including the originally lost pants). I explained to the man that it had been over a month that they had my clothes. He went on to explain that we were lucky and it should have taken longer and that he is too busy to worry about it.

I arrived home and checked my clothes and two pairs of my pants were not done. I was charged $35 per pair of pants because the tailor said they had to be taken in as well as the hem. I would really like a refund of my money for the two pants. I am not looking to get them fixed by your tailor again since I don't want to deal with them anymore. This is why I didn't go to them again and complain. They don't care anyway. Please respond to me as soon as you can and let me know how we can resolve this. I don't mean to threaten but I have considered going to the news outlets so that others know not to frequent Burlington's tailor shop. Thank you and have...

This Burlington violated my basic human rights. I shop at this store and a couple others around Las Vegas/Henderson a few times a year. I have a card with a high limit, so I like to get a lot at once and pay it off. Loading our carts (2 carts because we shop separate sections) with a suitcase, bags, shoes and clothes for our vacation coming up soon. My man went to try some things on and security took his cart. All of a sudden cops are surrounding us and telling us that they are suspicious of us shop lifting and the store trespassed us. We don’t understand what we did to provoke this, we never even had the chance to check out. We have never shoplifted, or even been accused of it before. We have no need to anyway. We worked very hard to get where we are in life. So we can go into a store and buy what we want, when we want. I have never been so offended and I am now traumatized. I spent my money at other stores, but now I am scared that I might be embarrassed or harassed by security very where I go. Burlington lost thousands this weekend from me and thousands a years that I spend there but I lost a lot more. My peace of mind and the fun I was having shopping for my once in a...

Well that was more of an experience rather than a shopping trip. You walk in one way in, and same way out with only two doors open for all as you brush up against strangers in an entrance that feels more like a corral. I assume this is to mitigate stealing. Then you are literally followed and assumed to be a thief immediately no matter age, race, look, doesn't matter; are assigned a personal bodyguard to escort you through every section. My wording is exaggerated, but go and tell me yourself if I am wrong about that feeling. It was SO uncomfortable, and we were 100% legit paying, so if that's the plan to prevent stealing. It's working. But also, I felt rushed, we didn't buy many clothes bc we didn't know if they fit. It was like I was being eyeballed for lining up a shirt on him to see if it fit, was wrong. Just a bad vibe for malingering shopping, and actual buying trips. Although, I scored two area rugs that feel like heaven and for a huge bargain. So all in all, it wasn't terrible but it sucked in weird ways.

This review makes zero sense - until you go there and "experience"...
