Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Henderson

Jimmy John’s is one of my favorite sandwich shops, specifically the Italian sub on their menu. I would have given zero stars for this whole review but I do love Jimmy John’s food so I gave it 2. My wife and I accidentally dropped our unwrapped not eaten sandwiches while at home. I drove back to the store and asked if we could have replacement sandwiches after just being there 10 mins ago. The manager John asked me to bring back the sandwiches and he could make new ones after explaining that the sandwiches were dropped on the ground and are in our trash. He proceeded to insist in the sandwiches being brought back to the store. I had to go home and grab two lettuce tomato and Mayo soggy sandwiches from my trashcan to then bring back to the store. Then taking the back back over the counter after being in the trash at my personal home. I did not even see gloves being changed in the middle of COVID-19 restaurant guidelines restriction. I do not see why the break in safety and unsanitary conditions justified for a $17.00 bill for two sandwiches..... DO NOT RECOMMEND...

TERRIBLE!!! Been here 3x. Each time they got it wrong. So when I spoke w Sophie who said she was the mgr, she agreed to fix it and replace the sandwich with the correct order and as gratitude for being a loyal customer Sophie agreed to comp my wife a sandwich for the inconvenience of having to go back and get it correct for the 3rd time mind you. Well my wife got her comped sandwich but they refused to honor the agreement and did not replace the original sandwich they messed up. It became an ordeal involving police after their staff member pointed a knife at me and threatened me on camera mind you. Needless to say, we won't be back. Poor representation of JJ Product and what the company stands for. It is owned privately and the owner is either clueless about the real issues, or its just bad business. I do not recommend this location. Sure the owner will take this down but whatever. Terrible service, and did not keep their word. Worst JJs...

Always been a huge fan of JJ’s, today the staff at the Stephanie St. store went above and beyond for me and it was amazing. Seriously, you guys have my business for as long as I live in Henderson.

Went in today to grab lunch for my brother and myself, I place my order and then I realize that I forgot my debit card at home. Had no way to pay for the food. Another customer in the shop offered to pay for my lunch and then the GM just stepped in and took care of it for me. I’m not sure if she paid for it out of her own pocket or promo’d my lunch out but either way, she’s a saint. It doesn’t seem like much, but that was the greatest act of kindness someone has shown me in a hot minute.
