If I could leave negative stars, I would. It is always something with this McDonald’s, we have barely lived by it for a year and for the last year it’s been consistent garbage but again it’s cheaper then most and easy, but tonight really did it for me. I get to McDonald’s at exactly 11:33 PM. I have two mobile orders placed, I get to the window there’s nobody in front of me. Everything is going smooth until we get to the front of the window. The gentleman nicely asked if we minded parking while they made our food, we did not mind we just simply asked that they please make sure our sauce is in the bag, that was on the receipts. He says OK. We go and we park, once we finally get our food, there’s no sauce in the bag. I was then forced to go wait in the drive-through until 11:54 PM when I finally got back up to the window, all of my food was cold and I had no sauce. The gentleman at the window, His name was John or so he says it’s just that we are lying and they play sauce in our back. This is the gentleman working in the gray apron on October 28 at 11:35 PM specifically. The gentleman then says he believes his manager, who says they put the sauce in the back, when we asked to speak to the manager is when he said oh I’m the manager. And we’re sitting there just trying to ask for our sauce, at this point it’s been 30 minutes since I placed my order, all of our food was cold, and at this point he’s not even offering the sauce we needed, after some arguing back-and-forth, and after us asking for the manager, he says he needs to clear his line and we need to leave. We then leave and we call the store when we ask for the manager somebody else comes on the line, a female, not John…. so who really is the manager ? Now not only do you have a staff that is lying but they are providing below par customer service. The “manager” John said that they have surveillance and it shows having the sauce in the bag. We offered our bags back, we offered them to come and check the entire car because we would not have sat in the drive-through having our food get cold if we had our sauces in the bag, we did not mind parking. We were excited to get fresh food. The problem was asking for sauce and not getting it and then being...
Read moreRochelle and her employees referred to me as “Somebody Black.” The employee at the drive thru asked if I wanted sauce for my kid’s cheeseburger happy meal. I said sure. I get to the window and they charge, I was about to pay, but then said never mind because I only said yes because she presented it like it was coming with meal. The lady got an attitude, shut the window and asked Rochelle the lady with the curly ponytail to help. They open the window back up and Rochelle instantly starting lecturing and fussing at me about how sauce works. I let her know that the sauce wasn’t an issue, it was manly the girl’s attitude. She said she would talk to her. They made the BIGGEST deal out of sauce. I get to the window and grab my kid’s food & they SMASHED a busted sauce and threw it in my happy meal. I asked for a manager and Jordan came up. I tried explaining what happened but just asked for Rochelle since she already helped… this lady YELLED across the way to the window “JUST TAKE IT OUT IF YOU DON’T WANT IT! It’s ALWAYS someone BLACK!!” Then continued to yell and talk mess as she paced up and down and through the wooden dividers… so much so that I have a video of her friend laughing at her for going off. The manager Jordan did nothing about it… tried to offer me MORE SAUCE. I asked for my receipt to report to corporate, and Jordan and Rochelle gave me a fake / wrong previous and told me all my reference info was there, sharing gift card info for another order… like all their balance and gift card personal info etc. Then they also got the burger wrong, you can see the other lady laughing as she walks by the window and says “GIRRRL, you alright? All I hear is you going off!” To Rochelle… so they are all there laughing. Jordan said it was an accident, but be so for real, how are you that pressed about a SAUCE that I never even wanted that you smash it and add it to my kids food?? Like it’s the first thing I noticed when I grabbed the meal and the box was sticky when handed to me. It’s petty and unprofessional. Referencing my skin color while laughing with your coworkers about a BLACK person (who should only be referred to a a person), is beyond disrespectful. Reported to corporate...
Read moreI was there on Easter And it was the most horrible experience I ever had with the McDonald’s ever in my life. They told me to pull around so they could give me my food. I have five kids in the car, traveling California My Son that’s 1 1/2 years old through some food on the ground me not noticing it at all because I’m dealing with the other kids trying to handle all their food and trying to get him situated. I pulled out it was going to exit on Stephanie Street but I had to stop once again because my son was throwing a fit and threw food on the floor of my car while I’m trying to get him situated the manager and other employees came up to me very aggressively trying to fight me in front of my kids and videotaping me and my kids. This was the most humiliating thing I ever experienced in my life my kids were crying because They were scared didn’t know what’s going on. I didn’t know what was going on either until they kept on yelling at me about the food on the floor. I believe it was a little pieces of pancakes my Son on the floor when I was trying to get the other kid situated when I had his door open but this was the worst experience ever. I will be contacting a lawyer because them videotaping my kids without my permission and myself and trying to fight me in front of my kids was not cool and mind you I was not even on their Property. I was pulling out on Stephanie Street out the complex but I had to stop because of My Son. That’s when they walked up on me trying...
