love the Company itself, but since new owner took over, things haven't looked well. short staffed on and off (twice with 2 employees coming in contact AND having Covid), as well as being closed on and off, owner has belittled his employees in front of customers while throwing a chunck of meat on the floor in front of Customers, coke Machine drain and nozzles are hardly cleaned, buys precut fruit and already baked small cookies for catering to "Short cut" things. constantly bad mouths former owner's, when not getting his way, and prove he doesn't need customer's business if something goes wrong and says "he's made 1,300 the day before, and 1 customer isn't going to hurt business", multiple times to multiple customers. since Resigning with the company itself, i've tried to support his store, now as a Customer, smalled talked with employees, and has received multiple voicemails from a blocked number, telling me to be a customer and not an employee. . 🤔 unprofessional if you tell me. will no longer frequent...

We came in at 5:45pm we realized the store was closing soon. So I ask can we sit down and eat. We were told yes with a smile. We were told we could only sit at one table because the other ones were clean. The table was dirty and no one offered to clean it. At 5:57 we were told " I hate to rush you but we close in 3 minutes." We finished our food, my wife was on her last bite at 6pm. We were told again we are closing you have to leave. My wife ask the lady at the cash register is this your policy to rush your customers out the store she was told yes. I spoke to the young lady and let her know she is in the wrong business if this is how she treats people. She played music the whole time with profanity and racial slurs. My wife frequents your store. She buys her employees lunch on Fridays. You just lost a customer because of the way we were treated. The sandwich was great but service...

Well the subs were good apart from the ridiculous amount of pepper that was put on. The thing that got us was the lack of professionalism shown by the employees. While we were in line having our sandwiches made an employee came in for her shift and imediatly started asking the other employees about the previous day's sales, all while making herself a sandwich. Now I get it she needed to eat but i thouht it was in bad taste that she started making it for herself while there was a line of paying customers waiting. Another thing we noticed was that when the line died down the employees were horseplaying behind the counter. Finally another observation was that while a male employee was counting the register another female employee was resting her head on his arm in a seemingly romantic fashion.
