Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Henderson

This was my first time coming to this location. The gentleman working was very nice and greeted us. I unfortunately didn't get his name. The lady who took our order whose name was Ashley was completely rude. She didn't greet us. She didn't even look at me and looked extremely bothered that I was about to order. She spoke over me and shouted what at me when she couldn't hear my order. On top of all that she came out to clean and bumped right into me and said excuse me after the fact. I walked up to her politely asked if next time she could walk around or say excuse me and I would gladly move out of the way and she just rolled her eyes and said I did say excuse me and tried arguing with me. We grabbed our drinks and said thank you to the gentleman that made our drinks and was extremely polite and we sat outside on the chairs the provide. Ashley walked to the trash can to throw something away and was still shouting saying we were rude knowing we were sitting here and could still hear her. I love Starbucks and it's my favorite coffee place to go but she ruined it for me. The worst customer service I've ever received. As someone who works as a cashier and in customer service she needs a different job not working with people. This was at 6:40pm...

We are locals and stayed there for a night. We had three incidents of them, perhaps being understaffed. First, we went to the movies. They had one person check us in for seats, take our money, and get our popcorn. We thought it was weird that they did not wash their hands or put on gloves (no one taking money did). Then, we checked into our room that we paid for an upgrade on, and my moms bed was dirty. There were crumbs or dirt all over the top. Like someone only slept in the other bed and watched tv from her bed. When we finally got a maid, she just shook it off on the floor. We insisted the top blanket be changed. Then she made my mom call down by picking up our phone with her gloved hand and handing it to my mom, who was not wearing gloves. So this person was stopped in the middle of cleaning with gloves, and she could have been cleaning a toilet and then made my mom touch the same suface as her. Lastly, my mom bought all her own drinks while gambling. The cocktail waitress only came by once. The bartender could see my mom gambling but refused to look over there and give her the free drink. While the drink they made me during my visit here was well made, the lack of friendliness and passive aggressiveness from the female employee who took order and served my drink was wholly unprofessional.

I did not like her attitude as she had the nerve to tell me exactly what drink I was ordering when I specifically listed out each individual ingredient as I was mocked in other Starbucks establishments around the valley for ordering something "not on the menu."

But here, she had no tact to let me know about it. Also, the way she told me to "hold on, the reader is not ready for your card" was rude as I merely got my card out in preparation to swipe not to swipe it then and there.

I didn't get a good vibe from her. Very bizarre and she should be retrained and needs to learn the basics of treating customers with tact and respect. Shame! Makes me wary of visiting this...
