The quality was sub par from what I was expecting. The noodles I ordered had almost no meat in it and the steak tasted bland. The roll I ordered had no almost no eel in them. I was very disappointed with the overall food after looking at what other people have posted. If you are going out to eat, then you should expect it to taste better than what you can cook at home for cheaper.

Replay: If you cant put a reasonable amount of meat or other main ingredients in a serving don't serve it on the menu its just sad getting food like that. I will be cooking at home because I know I can cook better than this place and it will be cheaper or at least the same price. When you go out to eat, you go out with the expectation that it will be something better than what you can make at home. Make your menu smaller so then it is more focused and every dish meets the standards you would expect from going out to eat. take this as constructive criticism, there really isn't any good Japanese or Korean restaurants around this area compared to where I come from, so this is an opportunity to level...

Asaka in Hendersonville has unbelievably rude staff . if you go to one go to the one in Biltmore because they know what they’re doing the one in Hendersonville has barely any staff nobody knows what’s going on. I was waiting for it to go order next to a kid to have somebody call in an order and he went to pick it up for them Asaka got the order wrong and the girl who took the order mouth off to the manager in front of him and also under her breath which was so rude I could not believe it I would not go to the soccer game if you paid me to the one in Biltmore is much better and they don’t have little kids mouthing off to their manager or under...

Rude and unsanitary!

Ordered a side of broccoli with teriyaki sauce didn’t expect there to be pieces of animal fat in it. I went back to show the lady explaining I don’t eat meat she said that is part of the teriyaki sauce. I said can you please just give me broccoli without sauce then and she got mad and they very reluctantly grabbed a handful of broccoli from the bin under a table closest to the floor and threw it on the grill. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable. Will not be back. PS it was $4 for 5 little pieces of wilted broccoli. Also my sons chicken was not chewable. A little customer service would have gone along way. They don’t...

We had the pleasure of coming across Asakusa today and so glad we did. We ordered multiple dishes, including pho, egg rolls, spring rolls, chicken lo mein, and california roll. Every single dish was excellent and authentic. The owner even gave us a sample of their house made sauce for the spring rolls, which was a nice treat! We got to talking with the owner and found out they took over this restaurant 2 months ago, and you could tell immediately she and her family put their heart and soul into this place. We will absolutely be back, and everyone should go visit Asakusa for a meal. Easily some of the best pho around!

I have been here for 2 times this month. I asked myself to take pictures before eating but I've never done that because I ate right after they gave food to me. I forgot until my dish was like half leftover. Food is not super excellent but it's good and worth the money. Here I only have the picture of Boba Tea. This is the only place I can get boba tea around this area. One more thing, I just started coming here from last month. I saw some bad reviews but I don't know, I don't care. I just see that now they have good service, nice servers and good food. That's it.

The owners are Cambodian, & serve authentic Cambodian dishes! This hidden gem is the closest taste to Southeast Asia you can get around here. Their soups are a nice contrast to the usual Pho you can get at Vietnamese restaurants everywhere around the US. I had the Seafood Kathiew, & I felt like I was back in Battambang surrounded by historic French colonial architecture & colorful Buddhist Temples. What a delight! Will definitely be back to try more.
