McDonald's — Restaurant in Hendersonville

I don’t know if your manager is the owner reads these reviews or not but I tell you why I’d say the worst experience at this McDonald’s ever. The acting MOD basically told me she didn’t care if I ever came back to her restaurant again doesn’t matter to her could care less about one person or anything else I didn’t read the policy about no drink refills well yeah it’s really ridiculous. You don’t offer drink refills. I was very nice about it until she started arguing with me and fussing at me and then told me that she didn’t care if I ever came back there again. I tell you for a manager to tell a customer that they don’t want him back in the store again because I said that I would just like to talk to the manager and she said I am the manager as well. I’ll get in touch with the district manager, as well as the owners of this restaurant work right across the street from me I’ll walk across and talk to them. Mr. and Mrs. Edwards congressman Edwards on Main Street in Hendersonville. Do not eat this place. It’s a damn shame.

You know, I posted a review on here several years ago given him a thumbs up five star no problem. And it’s a shame a restaurant has gone down the tubes and less than two years. The food is adequate I mean it’s McDonald’s come on. we’re not kidding anybody here McDonald’s food McDonald’s food. But the service is the worst of any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. There’s so worried about getting you through the drive-through because of corporate timing that they can’t even speak to you they throw your food at you. Literally, I just went through the line not more than five minutes ago, and the guy threw the bag at me. I dropped the bag outside of the truck And had to pull up get out grab my bag. The absolute worst Customer service ever. The morning crew isn’t much better. There’s one girl that they have at the window is the worst person they could have at the window. She shoves drinks at you literally, I’ve never seen...

Not very satisfied at all there were very slow and they were not very busy at all there was like one person in the McDonald's the elderly man in front of me was allergic to onions and stated that and ask for no onions on his burgers and I got to McRib sandwiches and before my sandwiches even came out the elderly man made it all the way back to the counter with cheeseburgers full of onions and I had McRib sandwiches for the first time ever with no barbecue sauce what is thatI like ranch with my French fries I have never had to actually pay for a sauce before the manager charge me $0.25 stuck it in his pocket and I was thinking and I would have rather gave him $0.25 extra to have barbecue sauce on my McRib sandwich that I thought it came with I've never had one without it beforeI believe these people need to be retrained especially the manager he did not even offer or apologize to the man who they almost killed!!!!! Did I not mention that he got his two cheeseburgers with I made it back to the counter and they remade his his cheeseburgers with no onions and I was still standing there waiting for my McRib sandwiches with no barbecue sauce for some odd reason and I love the barbecue sauce but I got my food to go and I did not realize this till I got home which was 20 minutes away I do not feel like driving backto wait another half hour for sandwiches or to get charged for barbecue sauce for my sandwiches that it comes with this was the worst McDonald's I've ever been to EVER in my 38 years every McRib sandwich I've ever gotten are normally like the messiest covered in barbecue sauce sandwiches I could get and that's why I like them what is the problem with this picture I couldn't get barbecue sauce on my hand if I tryed...

I see why this place has three stars. Whipped cream came on my milkshake which is normal I understand. It's my fault that I did not request No whipped cream. Once I noticed that, I asked the female manager on duty at 10:00 p.m. Friday on August the 9th, if she could take the whip cream off. She said she's not allowed to bring the merchandise back behind the counter once I receive it. I understand that. She said you can just take the lid off and rake the whip cream off with your lid. Which is going to leave a mess all on my lid and dripping down the cup. As I walked away I heard her make a smart remark, " I'm not wasting a spoon for something like that". So I turned back around and ask her for a plastic spoon. She said I'm not giving you one. That's wasteful. Just toss the milkshake in the trash and I will make you a new one. Lol. Talk about wasteful. Throw a good milkshake away and make a new one, over giving me one plastic spoon. Then I asked her for her name, so I could call the restaurant owner or management and speak to them personally about it instead of posting it this way, and she said she would not give it to me because this is a privately owned restaurant. I will never come back here again. She needs to change her attitude or get another job...
