I'm a DD junkie I've been to almost every one I can find over a five state area(I travel allot). This one never makes my drink (frozen coffee with expresso) correctly. Sometime's its not even potable. The hot coffee is marginally better. Today I got no expresso at all, I didn't want to debate with them so after they insisted I did (even though you can see both machines from no more than 10 feet away) I left having paid $2 +tax more than I should have. Also you better have plenty of spare time on your hands. This location is without a doubt the slowest I have ever been to. Today to make my drink incorrectly it took 14 minutes. Two people left before they could even order. If you know of another DD nearby I'd recommend you go there.
Update: this location has improved tremendously several different ladies working there now. It has become quite a bit faster during the morning shift. A very pleasant place to visit mostly due to a young lady whose name I don't know she has a beautiful set of dimples. They charge me incorrectly and then they refundEd me incorrectly. The customer service was very rude. Both the worker and manager were very rude and they would not accept that they made a mistake. The customer is always right, but not at this location. They kept telling me that I was wrong and telling me what I said, but I knew exactly what I ordered because I wanted it for a while. The staff took no accountability and despite me very being very nice they were very rude to me. Another customer offered to remedy the situation by adding to his order what they refused to give me and they told the other customer “no. She doesn’t need anything” and this customer offered to help the situation many times and they kept speaking for me and denying him to buy more food, which is not smart because it would help the business and the situation. Read moreI love the Brand but since COVID you would think that they would implement safer practices to make the customer feel like they are using the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of this deadly disease by safe guarding the product. When I walked into this location the floor was drenched with coffee and of course the food items were exposed and there were about 4 people working in this small space, so I left. The previous time I went into this location a young man was arriving for his shift. He walked in, clocked in and came straight to the register.
