Twisted Sugar — Restaurant in Herriman

Just went through the drive through…with our family of 8 we go through this drive through a couple times a week. My biggest complaint is the way the girls dress doesn’t spell family environment although it seems like they may have recently addressed that so good job. There’s a new blonde boy that works there that’s super respectful and pleasant. After I paid and tipped him, he handed me the wrong cookie and had me give it back…sure hope they don’t resell that…makes me a little uncomfortable…..then I mentioned that they charged me for the PB cup cookie and I just got the plain….and they charged me for it….it’s not about the 65 cents they overcharged…it’s the attitude that the girl (I won’t name her name) had with me. Rolling her eyes and walking away after I told her to keep the change this time but they shouldn’t make customers feel bad and awkward for their mistakes. Some kids just haven’t been taught or trained to have respect …she was a dramatic, eye rolling, Sassy little one!!! Ew….so much for a fun little outing for the kids. Hopefully management can train a little better. Basics…if you get an order wrong say… make it right, no matter what. The end. Everyone just wants to blame hard times and Covid for not having common customer service like they used to. I grew up in a generation that was all about respecting customers and bending over backwards. I’m just asking to charge me the right privacy without being a jerk when you get it wrong. Thanks. I may need to take a break from twisted sugar for awhile…pop shops are a dime a dozen but with that said…today your sassy little employee inspired me to do a sugar...

The absolute best cookies I have ever had from ANYWHERE!!! The banana cream pie tastes like a (and non-waxy) Moon Pie that somehow never has the dried out cookie like the Moon Pies always do!!!

Another amazing cookie is their one with coconut icing, raspberry drizzle, and a lime on top for you to squeeze fresh over it.

If you like a “dirty” Diet Coke, a great drink option they have is the Zuko, which is coconut, fresh lime, and raspberry syrup + creamer. I also love the Kimbo, which is Diet Coke, peach syrup and, creamer.
