I usually don't rate the quality of service offered by a business based on how long it takes for orders to be completed and ready for customers, since various factors can influence that. I also don't leave low-rated reviews for reasons like oversights regarding missing ingredients or special requests.
What is relevant is the perception this business is creating regarding employee behavior toward customers. I won't go into details, but I made two visits to this location on Sunday, October 18 2025—one around 7:00 PM and another after 11:00 PM that same night.
In both visits, the behavior and way they addressed me stood out:
First visit (~7:00 PM): An older lady who was very rude—I spoke to her to ask about a pickup order, and she left me talking to myself at the counter in the lobby.
Second visit (after 11:00 PM): It was via the drive-thru. After trying to pick up the order at the main entrance, which was closed, I went to the drive-thru window and asked the guy there about the order. In an unfriendly manner, he told me to go to the main door where they'd give me the order.
I went back to the main door and parked again. While waiting, I saw another skinny guy approach my location and hand me the food. Truthfully, I wasn't expecting to hear what he said, and this is exactly what he told me: "Next time you come through the drive-thru, you need to turn down the volume of your music."
Truthfully, in both encounters that day, I perceived that the staff was working with a lot of frustration, and this behavior is reflected in how they treat their first contact...
Read moreWell to start things off (Adam d) that’s working the drive through couldn’t have been more indifferent and horrible to talk to. We ordered a lot of different things but specifically want to talk about how I asked for hot and fresh fries and was informed that it would take 4 minutes and I said that’s fine. For reference there was not a single other car in the drive-through at the time…..after waiting some time for the food and checking the fries and to everyone’s surprise, they couldn’t have been any colder…and when asking Adam D if I could have hot fries he couldn’t have been more annoyed by me asking him for something I asked for in the first place and then the make the matter worse they take my old cold fries and refry them just enough to make them stale and not hot and when he had handed me what I thought was going to be freshly made fries I asked why when I asked for hot fries I got very cold fries he turned away and just closed the windows on my face. I hope they evaluate this guy’s employment, he doesn’t even deserve a drive through window job… if the manager can get off her cell phone long enough to participate in her job I’m sure this place would have a better than 2...
Read moreI show up to this taco bell at 10:30pm yesterday to meet up with a friend and eat some food together. The lobby was still open for orders, but chairs had been placed in the way of the seating areas as a way to designate that it was closed for dinning in. Already this was an unpleasant experience considering we had specifically come here under the impression and expecting that taco bell was a restaurant that would allow us to meet up with a friend and eat together at that time, which also did not even seem very late for a weekend. The outside seating was not closed, so we just decided to endure the bitter cold and wind. On top of that, the portions for the luxe cravings box left much to be desired for the price. It is, however, my fault for not being attentive to what the box included, and not noticing that the specialty item included was two very small bits of food so I can't and won't blame that on the workers, but the disappointment with the food was still present and reflects on the taco bell...
