Sodalicious — Restaurant in Herriman

I am a little sad and disappointed to be writing this review to be honest. I have always had a great experience at Sodalicious with friendly staff and quick service. However, my most recent experience was disappointing and quite frankly frustrating. I drive over to Sodalicious with my mom to get a pick me up. I notice there are a lot of cars in the drive-through so I decide to park and go inside thinking this would be faster. We go inside and there’s a group of three people looking at the menu. We go up to order then we sit down to wait for our drinks. The group of 3 orders right after us. All is going fine until this girl Shelby starts talking about Bon Qui Qui or something with these people. We still don’t have our drinks and I haven’t even seen the person who took our order. These people then get their drinks before us. Ok fine whatever. The really frustrating part is they stay there and continue to talk to this girl. We still don’t have our drinks.(Meanwhile I have also noticed that at least 3 cars have gone through the drive-through during our wait.) Finally, they leave and my mom is getting a little mad because we were kinda in a hurry. She finally just stands up and says “Excuse me are our drinks ready because we ordered before they did.”(Pointing to the group outside.)The girl then says “Oh I don’t know, what did you order?” The guy who took our order finally shows up and says “Here’s your drinks sorry for the wait.” We hurry back out to the car and that’s when I notice that instead of the whip cream I ordered they put regular cream. I didn’t want to go back inside and have them make me a new one because it took so long before so we just leave. I get home and take a sip of what I thought would be a dirty Dr. Pepper with cream. We came in a few minutes before closing on a spur of the moment; and for our first time, I was very disappointed. It didn’t look like the order taker wanted to be there, I don’t think she was friendly at all. We switched our orders because we couldn’t decide and it all Looked good. I get it, that can be frustrating but as someone who deals with customer service that happens all the time. When the order came, we realized one was missing and she was combative and told me I didn’t order it. I said that ok I can just order and pay. And she stated in a rude manner “we close in 3min” which I replied by saying, ok so I can pay for it. She took my order and I paid. She brought out the order before closing and said “sorry about that.” I don’t know what she was apologizing for, but the whole service was lacking and made our first...

I like Sodalicious but not this location. Almost every time I go to this location they are usually out of a lot of things or there are certain issues that arise. My final negative experience that made me not want to go back to this location anymore is when I went there today and waited in line for 30 mins - which is fine, I do not mind waiting and understand this aspect however, after waiting and placing my order, they said my card wouldn’t work. I asked if they had Apple Pay and they said no, which if this is the case, they need to get it however, I have seen them out there with their tablet before taking orders so, who knows.
