Worse customer service! This is the third times I had to bring back the drink to make it right and the way they fixed the problem was If you wanted you should asked but we did showed them the photo of the drinks and they didn’t make it right and talked back with the attitude and rolling their eyes , even she is a supervisor of the store- her name is Abby, the manager of the store was there but didn’t helped before she left, the shop have a camera so should check footage to train your employees better, we did go there many times but only the first 2 times were good ! I frequent a lot of Starbucks because I like to sit and do my school there, and this Starbucks is definitely my favorite one. All of the baristas are so sweet, my drinks are always made perfectly. If I ask for extra of something, I get extra! I’m always greeted when I walk in and always told to have a good day when I leave. Everyone is friendly and happy. Dez is definitely one of my favorites, she’s been trying to memorize my order and it makes me feel appreciated. Many seating options, never too cold or too hot, bathrooms always clean, good WiFi- just the perfect Starbucks 👌 thank you guys...

This is hands-down my favorite Starbucks location! The team here is always quick, efficient, and genuinely kind. My 4-year-old son loves rolling down his window at the drive-thru just to say hi to the baristas, and they never fail to greet him with smiles and a little chitchat. It absolutely makes his day, and mine too. As we’re pulling away, he always tells me they’re his best friends, and in that moment I have to agree while sipping my perfectly made drink on the way to being happily caffeinated.
