I just placed a kiosk order at the 5088 13400S location and elected to pay for my order with cash because I do not have credit cards. I notified an employee that I had elected to pay with cash, he stepped away to grab another employee who came over to assist. He gave me my total which came out to 50.97 and I laid down on the counter 100.97. The gentleman looked at me and said I’m not sure I can make change for that. I said it’s a legal form of payment so not sure what else you would like me to do. The employee walked away and said let me go see what we can do. He came back a few minutes later and said we can’t accept your payment. I requested a phone number for corporate and he said I’ll go grab my manager. Some random gentlemen who I learned upon asking his name Ricky was acting as a manager. ( No he was not wearing a name tag so it could have just been a random employee for all I know) He told me we are legally not allowed to take anything bigger than a 20, so I’m not sure what you want me to do. I told him this is a legal form of payment and you can’t make 50 dollars in change out of the tills you have?? He said no. So I asked for corporates number was told they don’t deal with corporate they are a franchise. So I said them give me the business phone number for the franchise partner. This was met with that personal information. I said your franchise partner doesn’t have a business phone?? Then when will they be in I’ll be calling. He said Thursday from 10-8. I requested his name and walked out. This “manager” should be educated on how to run a restaurant of this type. I have 25 years experience in the industry and I would have NEVER let a 50 dollar order walk out the door because I refused to even bother to look if we had change! This is literally the WORST experience I’ve ever had and I will be filling a complaint with corporate as that is who franchise partners answer too yearly Ricky, it’s how they are...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible! Ordered through the drive through a taco 12 pack, bean burrito, and a chicken quesadilla. Got home to discover they had forgotten the quesadilla and all of the tacos were soggy and disgusting. Called to get our money back for the forgotten quesadilla, explained to the person who answered about the situation. When I asked him what we needed to do he handed the phone to someone else without telling me or them what I had just said. So I had to explain my whole story again and asked how they would credit my card back. His answer was to say yes they will credit my card back and hung up the phone... I called back in disbelief that they would have done something like that intentionally only to hear the phone answered and a woman's voice in the background saying tell him that the manager is too busy right now. Then the phone hangs up again! I called back again, this time the female manager answered, I explained the issue again and she tells me that the only way to get my money back is to come back but she was too busy to deal with me right now and will have to call me back later!! 30 minutes later the manager called back and said that she couldn't credit me back unless I came back to the store. I explained that the way they treated me that there was no way I would consider coming back and that they just needed to credit my card back for the quesadilla and I would move on. She agreed, took down my card information, apologized and guaranteed that she would get my $3 and change back. We are now 3 weeks later and I still...

After a long day, I decided to grab dinner at Taco Bell instead of cooking. I placed my order and, when I got to the window, I asked to add a few more items. The cashier told the staff in the back about the additional tacos, and I could clearly hear them bad-mouthing me.
When the cashier gave me the updated price, I said, “Wow, that’s too much for all that—I’ll just stick to my original order.” (For context: from the moment I pulled up—only one car ahead of me, no one behind me—to placing my order and changing it, less than two minutes had passed.)
That’s when I heard one worker say, “and it’s a Mexican lady,” and another reply, “well then tell her, does she want to still add on to it, si or no.”
Shocked and upset, I handed the cashier my money in silence. My kids, who heard everything, were just as stunned. I finally said, “You know what, can I just get my money back? This is crazy.”
A manager named Terra came to process the refund. When I asked for her name, she dismissively said it and walked away, adding, “Oh, here’s a bad review,” clearly not caring about the racist comments or what had just happened.
Well Terra here is that bad review. And just for your staffs information who wanted to be racist yes I’m part Mexican but I was born here in the United States so yes I do speak...
