If I could no star this crappy place I would. A family member went in with a two year old today and had the worst customer service imaginable. The two year old was walking around, exploring and acting like a typical happy two year old. She grabbed chips, took it to my family member and the family member told the two year old to put it back. This repeated for a while. When said family member went to refill her drink, the two year old grabbed another bag of chips and brought it to them. Then they put their sandwich and drink down so that they could help the tiny child put the chips away. That was when someone from corporate snapped at her and said; "you're really horrible for letting your daughter (Not her daughter) stop on all the chips and then just put them back." My family member snapped back at her and called her a name but also added; "you could have said it nicer than that." As they were leaving the subway, the old hag from corporate called after her saying; "you're a horrible mother!"
Who says that to a customer? That's just awful and rude, no matter how annoying the customer and their child (again, not her kid) are being. You suck it up, and you wait until the customer leaves to be a snatch basket.
Later my family member called to see if this was just a customer or someone who worked there and the man on the phone was being equally as rude! Definitely NOT a family friendly location, no wonder they only have 2.8-3.7 stars across the board. I definitely don't recommend if you...
Read moreAbsolutely absurd place. Please please save yourself some time and go elsewhere. I placed my online order at 3:08pm on 7-8-23 and 53 minutes later my sandwiches were finally complete. The guy who started my order (kai) had gloves on pulled his phone out texted with his gloves on and then put phone back in pocket and then continued to put veggies on someone's sandwich. The people in the back who are in charge of online orders do not speak any English which is completely unacceptable. Then when I finally received my sandwiches one was incorrect and then Taeysen remade that sandwich for me. He was the ONLY one who helped me. He stayed calm and collected. He did a great job and while I waited handled a rush of about 12 patrons all by himself. Him being only 14 years of age rocked it! When he gets to be 16 he needs to come and work for a real fast food place where they could his natural managerial abilities. SHAME on this franchise owner. The place was a mess it was dirty and SEVERELY mismanaged!!! Go to another sandwich shop like Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's and get the service you deserve. First of all I had a very very sore throat and could barely talk when I came in. I understand it may be annoying to serve someone in that situation, so I tried my best to be as loud as I could. They kept insisting to repeat myself. No problem with that, it was hard to hear me, I get that. The problem comes in when you are serving with one AirPod on your ear while you are also on the phone with someone else. I am clearly struggling to talk because it hurt my throat really bad, and they wouldn’t even bother to take their AirPod off. Of course it is going to be even more difficult to hear me if you are doing that, let alone being on the phone while you are working at a restaurant is pretty unsanitary. Then the other younger hispanic girl was also rude and was throwing my sandwich around while serving me. Food was okay, portion were smaller than usual, but service alone makes it not worth it...
