I built this place from scratch in 1986. How's it going Kevin?? BTW...Nice victory for the Hawkeyes yesterday over Sconnie!! HUGE win at Camp Randall. Hey just chcking in like I do every 3-4 years to say 'hi'... glad you're still at the Ave. E and Main location so I can Google it... haha...miss those days of taking the kids down 173 to Silverwood Lake and taking the jet-ski's out...but I don't miss the overall liberal attitudes in SoCAL. BTW... these 'haters' in these reviews? We get them too despite years and years of steady, consumer oriented and driven results, great rates/costs and good communication with our customers...yah still get some angry debbie downers that just wake up PO'd every day and want to drag the world with them! Remember...if they don't like it...just give em their money back. If they do that so much it creates a pattern of abuse? Don't take their order anymore. My nephew owns Domino's too...cool...glad I'm out of the racket though and in Utilities now...Wind; Solar; NatGas; Fracking and burning coal too baby!! I ordered (2), 1 topping, pan pizzas online for carryout. ordering was simple but I forgot to put the correct pick up time so I immediately called the store and asked to change the time. The member that answered the phone said that it was "no problem" and that my order would be ready at the requested time. Well I went to pick up the pizza and they hadn't even made it yet. I heard the member that greeted me ask the other workers where my order was and the response was "it wasn't made". The member then came back to me and said it'll just be a few minutes.. Although I ordered my pizzas an hour in advance, I still had to wait for them to be cooked when I got to the location. No one apologized or acknowledged me again until my order was ready. Normally a wait time for pizza isn't a big deal but because of this delay, I was late for a meeting. I will not be ordering from this store again. It is not difficult to offer a simple apology, especially when you have messed up a paying...

Cold pizza, We went in for pickup we gave him our name for the pickup order and he said it was in the oven after checking the pizzas that where out while we patiently they made like 10 pizzas and then the younger guy with long short hair that attended us asked for our name for pickup again and he gets a pizza that had been sitting there since we walked in so it sat there for over 15 minutes we got a cold pizza berly warm the cheese looked hard instead of white n melty so I didn't enjoy this cold pizza because I had one at home wich I could of air fryed it and it would of came out better. And they did this to another guy that came in after us too. The other guy ordered pizza and wings they gave him the pizza and made him wait over 15 minutes for the wings and when they where ready they said they weren't ready they needed to put sauce on them but wouldn't he was still waiting on his wings after we left. His pizzas are going to be colder than ours really bad customer service....
